He gave me the wrong prescription ! Calls me a day later to tell me he gave me wrong medicine !!! The front recipitionist lady is rude .. she’s very ocd and a big germ freak. Why work with people ?! This dentist office is a JOKE. Looking at all the bad reviews if you do go here be careful.

Avoid this place. The hassle is not worth your time. Horrible business people.

I went to Dr. Krell about issues with my wisdom teeth to discover it wasn't my wisdom teeth at all! It ended up being tmj. Without his consultation, I would have had an unnecessary and painful surgery. He explained everything super nicely and was happy to answer any questions I had. His staff were also very pleasant. Thanks, Dr. Krell!

First time, last time. Far from putting me at ease about my impending extraction Dr. Krell distressed me with warnings how "dentures are hell" and "implants don't last" - continuing even when I became visibly upset, to the point his attending nurse felt the need to try to smooth over his harsh demeanor. No bedside manner. No apparent compassion for his patient. I left with the work undone rather than continue a medical relationship with this individual. If you've had a great dentist and can't understand why some people seem to think they are monsters and hate them, try this place out and find out why that opinion prevails. First time, last time.
