I have been seeing Dr. Kondash for almost 8 years now, referred by my husband. He has been a great provider throughout the years. He helps in any way he can. He listens attentively. If there is a problem, he tries to fix it. If you have questions, he’s there to answer or will find the answer. He has always called me personally with any results I have. I needed to get my prescription changed to the mail order the girl that was taking temperatures said she could do that she pushed a bunch of buttons on the computer since you took care of it it was never changed

Incredible Dr. Who is very responsive, listens to his patients and will spend as much time as needed to care for the needs of the patient. I honestly do not think our area has a better family dr. Available. He is the type of family dr. many of us remember as a child. Most physicians these days have no personal connection to the patient. Not Dr. Kondash...he truly listens and follows through on the needs of the patient. I just went online to get Dr. Kondash's phone number and was really taken back by a few of the negative comments. I'm 55, have had several GP's and by far, Dr. Kondash is the best I have ever dealt with. Extremely personable, takes as much time as is needed and listens to his patients. You cant please everyone, and most people will write when they are unhappy, versus when pleased but I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Kondash and his group as a primary care doctor. Dr. Kondash is dedicated caring Physician. Who puts patients first . I’ve been a patient of his for over 20 years.

LOVE Dr. Kondash!!! The front desk staff is horrible. They don’t answer the phone. They turn off phones at 4 pm and when something is said the woman with the long reddish hair Whom is extremely rude responded that that phones have to turn off some time... yes, when you go home and not working anymore. She is NEVER at her desk! Night time appointments you’re lucky if you have someone actually stay in the front! When nurses or staff do call you back and you get disconnected they don’t call you again until the next day. You cannot call them back because their phones are now off and answering service is on. If the appointment is for the adults we are ALWAYS waiting at least an hour! Dr. Kondash is wonderful when we have our son and ALWAYS squeezes him in pretty promptly. Again, love our doctor but they need new staff management! At least call when running behind. And have a way to get in touch with staff or doctor after hours when staff is there. Terrible wait time leaking ceiling tile which is very off putting in a doctor's office,I would suggest learning how to make a patient schedule.
