Dr. Michael Howard Kirsch

While he listened and explained well, he required procedures that were not covered by my insurance, and that subsequently, others I went to, did not require! My procedure went well with others, without all the additional procedures he required.

Dr. Kirsch and his entire staff are about the most warm, caring and professional group I’ve ever needed assistance from in the dental or medical fields. Dr. Kirsch fully explained to me the problem that I had snd the options I was facing and answered every question completely. On the day of my surgery his assistant Natasha kept me calm and made sure I was comfortable. Throughout the surgery Dr. Kirsch explained every step he was taking. Natasha explained my post-op care and made sure I felt well enough to leave. Several hours after the surgery Dr. Kirsch gave me a follow-up called to check on how I was feeling and asked if I had any questions. This wonderful group led by Dr. Kirsch truly cares and helped made what could have been a scary situation into a very positive one. I couldn’t more highly recommend to anyone facing oral surgery any group more then this one!!

I have submitted a 1 star review to NJ Center for Oral Surgery own website and they have never published it. They publish only 5/5 reviews, not even single review 4/5, 3/5, etc. BEWARE of this practice FAKE excellency. If there is nothing to hide, please publish everything! Very unprofessional and rude doctors, who declined to provide service on the bases that I have asked too many questions before the procedure. Being a patient who likes to know why certain procedures should be done, I was not ready to blindly trust Dr. Kirsch's orders. This apparently have hurt his Ego. And if the Doctor puts his personal feelings before the needs of his patients, cannot provide comfort and reassurance, I'm not sure how one can be a doctor?...

If you are looking for a good bedside manner and thorough explanation of what the doctor is going to do with your teeth, this is NOT a place to go. Dr. Kirsch was not willing to provide reassurance and any details about why he needed to do a CT scan before providing consultation. CT scan had to be paid upfront (only then they file for insurance) and, as doc has mentioned, most insurances don’t cover it. After hearing that I’m not ready to do the CT scan right on the spot and need to do my own research before agreeing for the procedure, Dr. Kirsch rudely answered that his services might not be for me and declined to provide further consultation. Thinking that the doc had a bad day and having done my research at home, I have called back to schedule the CT scan and proceed with my consultation. The answer that the front desk gave me stunned me as they said that since I have declined CT scan initially I cannot come back per Dr. Kirsch’s order, even to see another doc in the practice.

Very positive experience with Dr. Kirsch at the Florham Park office. New, clean facility. The staff was great and the office was modern and incredibly efficient. Dr. Kirsch did an amazing job with my implant which I felt no pain with and my dentist commented what a nice job he did. Excellent doctor and office which was able to see me as an emergency and made time for me in their busy schedule.

Dr Kirsch removed both of my daughters wisdom teeth. Both of their recoveries were much better than my friends who took their kids to someone else. The office is beautiful and staff is friendly and competent. His insurance manager handled all aspects of our pre-certification and got everything covered. Could not be happier. I hope I do not need oral surgery but if I do Dr. Kirsch will be the doctor I see.

Outstanding experience with Dr. Kirsch and the entire office staff. The doctor and nurses are so kind and caring. They contacted my insurance before my surgery and I knew exactly how much was covered. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kirsch was wonderful and took great care of me and my family. The office worked seamlessly with my insurance coverage and i had a great experience. Strongly recommend this office. My brother was treated by Dr. Jacobs and had a very similar positive experience.

I took my daughter for a consult to get a BABY TOOTH extracted. The quote was almost $1,000!!! It was a also whole process, no eating prior with a two-three week wait time. Of course, I took her to another doctor which was a FRACTION of the cost and it took 2 minutes to extract. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was charged $130 for the consult of which I never used them for. Needless to say when my older daughter needed her wisdom teeth out, I did not take her here. OVER PRICED...

This office is full of dishonest people. I visited them for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal. They never advised that the surgery would have to be paid for out of pocket prior to them submitting the claim to my insurance. On top of that they did a Ct scan in the office that they refused to claim with insurance unless I pay for it out of pocket first. With the Ct and the surgery would be around $4000 out of pocket. Had they been up front with me I would not have wasted my time!

Dr. Kirsch has a lot of nerve - rather than calling and telling the client their insurance is out of network (we were referred by Primary Dentist) when he gets the 4 pages of paperwork - they wait until you are there and are in so much pain you have no choice but to pay the OUT OF NETWORK rip off amount!!
