I’m older person... and wondering if I should do this... that was my first thought! Now,, I’m sooo Happy... Doctor Kierl and staff are Amazing!!! I now have Beautiful straight teeth. Awesome job... Thank you ????

Nice, helpful, and and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate the way Dr. Kierl went out of his way to be specific with communicating by calling when I couldn’t stay with my son the entire time.

Dr. Kierl has made my smile brighter, my oldest son has gone to him and now my middle son. We love Dr. Kierl and his staff. They make coming to the orthodontist a lot more fun.

Let us start with I called the El Reno Office to schedule my appointment and was able to schedule it for a certain time. Few days before I was sent a text reminder with no location. I also live two hours away and was looking for orthodontist that was close to the town I will be moving to soon. I arrived on time for my appointment at the El Reno location to be told that my appointment was at the OKC office. This started the slew of poor communication by staff. I am very frustrated due to lack of communication. In attempting to shift the blame to me for a missed appointment. Receptionist Tammy instructed me that even if you call the El Reno office the calls are sent to the main office (how is anyone to know that if they do not tell you?) A second shift of blame is that I should just assume it was at the OKC main location since I was two hours away. A third shift of blame was to tell me that the Doctor is only available two days a month at the El Reno location; this can be found nowhere on the website. In the end I do not recommending utilizing them for the sheer lack of communication and forced assumptions they place on their patients. I will be seeking a different Orthodontist. I was treated like I was an idiot, and there were no attempts to be accommodating or understanding about their own mistakes merely an attempt to shift the blame to me. Given the fact that there are other options for the care I need I am going somewhere else and suggest you should to. What an amazing, professional environment. We are blessed to have such caring staff and orthodontist to keep my 10 YOs teeth straight!

Everyone is friendly and courteous. It's easy to make appointments . During Covid 19 , office protocol is very good. Using hand sanitizer, mouth wash and access to clean pens. Well organized.

Dr. Kierl and staff are all so welcoming and friendly! I love the atmosphere and my teeth are looking amazing!

Even though it turned out I was not acknowledged for their services, they were very personable and the examination was thorough. It is a rare physician that will tell you that they are not the best option. I would recommend Dr. Kierl to my friends and family.

Dr. Kierl and his staff are highly recommended. I know my children are being cared for well with Dr. Kierl’s kind manner and his years of orthodontic experience. I will always recommend going to Dr. Kierl even if you live on the other side of the OKC metro.

Great place to receive your orthodontic work. Friendly staff and fast service. Also Dr Mike takes his time to explain his thoughts and opinions. Highly recommend, my son was very nervous in the beginning, but left happy and unafraid.

Only been twice so far, but Dr. Kierl is genuinely kind. Nice to find an orthodontist who isn’t in a rush to put braces on your kiddos. We were thrilled when he told us our son had a couple more “baby teeth” to lose and he would reevaluate after that happened-to see what his teeth looked like at that point. We had another orthodontist wanting to put braces on him on the 1st visit 2 years ago, with a mouth full of baby teeth. Thank you Dr. Kierl for doing the right things for your patients. We appreciate it??

Our granddaughter has lived with an oral condition all her life. Finally as a teenager, Dr. Kierl and some staff from a tribal office plus my daughter/her mom is very stubborn, the date was set up. Lots of two steps forward and one step back, the process took around 3 years. Most of the time span was due to some family issues that erupted during this time. Doctor was so good at handling my granddaughter's fears, motivation, and lack of knowledge. Dr. Kierl smiled when needed and barked orders just as well. My daughter, Maddie, goes to Dr. Kierl for her braces. She has only had them for a few months ,but her teeth are looking great. Dr. Keirl and his staff are very friendly and I would recommend them when choosing to have braces.

My daughter (like most kids) suffers from severe anxiety. Especially when it comes to doctors and dentists. BUT she loves Michael Kierl and the staff he hires. It’s wonderful since we have to see them so often.

Dr. Kierl and his staff are amazing. My 8 year old daughter was a bit nervous coming in but they all made her feel very comfortable.
