Small town, small minded office! The girls are rude and won’t greet you when you come in, almost like your inconveniencing their phone time. Then u enter the shack of a building to find no rooms only one open room with partitions separating you from the other patients. If you have ever left your tiny town and experienced other dentists you will find this particular office far from adequate. The dentist and all the girls working there are beyond snooty with their noses stuck to the sky bc they have a degree in town of 1000 people. Take your dental work to West Plains or Mountain Grove it will be worth the extra drive and people there will appreciate your money. Small town, small minded office! Couldn’t ask for a better Dentist around!

I recommend coming here. The staff is friendly and the Dr. is quite nice. I’ve had several visits and they were all pleasant.

I had extremely high anxiety going in (they probably thought I was crazy LOL) but Dr Kersey was straight forward and calming at the same time! He’s very stern, but that’s what I needed! His staff is soooo very sweet!! He got me in as an emergency and for that I was so very grateful! He’s been doing this for a long time, he’s a well seasoned dentist and his work is very efficient!! Called to ask a question reguarding insurance and the lady on the other end of the phone was very rude and cute me off. Not very friendly if you ask me. I definately would not want to take myself or child there.

Dr Kersey, Cindy, and his team are great. Our small town is lucky to have them!

Called and made my 4 year old an appointment they asked me her age when I made the appointment. My husband took off work to take her, they filled out all the paperwork and waited for them just for them to refuse to see her. They could have told me on the phone when I made the appointment that they wouldn’t see her in the first place. It’s not like we live in Mammoth Springs or even Arkansas. I have been here twice to have wisdom teeth pulled and both times have been pain free. So thankful for that! And everyone there is friendly. I will definitely be back!
