Dr. Jordan and his staff are very professional. Had an appointment this morning and they were backed up, but they were able to get their patients seen very quickly.

Had bunion surgery in both feet over past 4 months. No real pain and smooth experience. Wish I had went to Dr Jordan earlier in my life. Highly recommend his office

Dr. Jordan was very thorough and he even took the time to resolve an issue I was having on my other foot (not the one I came in for initially) that had been bothering me for years. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt like everything was explained thoroughly by both the doctor and the nurse. It was the most comfortable experience I've had at a doctors office of any kind. Feet issues can be embarrassing, but they were so professional and neutral when speaking about it that it eased a lot of the mental discomfort. The front desk staff were very kind too. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Jordan has a great bedside manner and is very caring. He suggested a cortisone shot for my plantar fasciitis along with stretches and arch support. I had terrible heel pain and he found a small heel spur after doing a x-ray. The shot has gotten rid of my heel pain completely!

This doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed by office staff. Dr. Jordan is extremely knowledgable and personable. He diagnosed me in a matter of seconds. I have Mortons Neuroma and he gave me an injection for relief and exercises.He also gave me a recommended shoe brand and style that would be best for my condition and comfort. I would recommend this medical office to anyone seeking answers for a foot problem. You will not be disappointed!

I've been going to Dr.Jordan for around 5 months for Achilles tendinitis. He was knowledgeable and very helpful . I am so thankful to not be in so much pain anymore!! I will return to Dr. Jordan with anymore issues with my feet. I liked the staff at his office, everyone was very pleasant easy to talk to. I will highly recommend Dr Jordan to any of my family and friends, that is how I found out about him as well.

I had an infected ingrown toenail over the weekend. I called Dr. Jordan on Monday morning and all the appointments were full. They had me come into the office and they were able to work me in and take care of my problem. To say the least I was extremely happy and would highly recommend.

I called another Podiatrist in North Spartanburg, explaining that I could hardly walk or sleep due to an ingrown toenail. I was told that their first "new patient" appointments were about 2 months out. WHAT? Did you not hear me say that I was in so much pain that I couldn't walk or sleep? Maybe this office needs a heart check. I called Dr. Jordan's office and had to leave a message. Apparently my message was choppy and incomplete because of my pain level. The Receptionist that listened to the voicemail did hear that I was in pain and needed attention. She used Caller ID to call back and scheduled me for 1:00 pm THAT DAY. Upon arrival I was met by a super group of professionals and paraprofessionals. Dr. Jordan was very friendly, gentle, took his time, and made sure I was numb before starting the procedure. I found both Dr. Michael and his staff very professional and caring. When your feet hurt, you hurt all over. I think that they all understand this and work diligently to make you feel better. My family has used Dr. Jordan for over 10 years and we wouldn't use anyone else for podiatry issues.

Absolutely no, & I mean NO!, pain, friendly & layman-level communication, & 100% professionalism. Less than zero reservations at all about recommending him to ANYone, & that goes for all the staff too, every single one. They are always beyond terrific, & make you feel as though YOU are their most important patient & that helping you is a pleasure! Any medical office will have an occasional long wait instance, but never once in all the times I've seen them have I waited for what I considered an unreasonable amount of time, & never once have they not bent over backwards to help me with fitting appointments into my very tight schedule. Four years ago, Dr. Michael Jordan treated my left foot for severe, debilitating pain in the joint behind the big toe that severely impacted my ability to walk. During each visit, I did not have to wait long, and both he and his staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. He explained my condition and the range of possible countermeasures in clear, easy to understand terms, and he eventually performed surgery on the foot. The surgery he performed was 100% successful, allowing me to not only walk and work normally, but run without ANY pain. I’ve recently returned to his office to have the right foot diagnosed for similar (though thankfully less severe) symptoms, again finding the doctor and his staff to be very professional. I am confused by some of the negative reviews before mine. Dr. Jordan is AWESOME! He really explained everything that was wrong with my foot in a way that I could understand. He made me feel comfortable and his staff was extremely pleasant! I would definitely recommend him to everyone! I did not find him to be rude, condescending, nor did he make me feel rushed. I did not wait long either. My appointment was at 3pm, as a new patient I figured that it would take a lot longer than it did. My husband and I went there today for an ingrown toenail. Dr. Jordan was beyond amazing. While the wait time wasn't the absolute best, it was our first visit and we needed to fill out paperwork. We also had our 8 month old daughter with us and Dr. Jordan was over the moon about her. He is definitely a child friendly person and if he was a pediatrician, he is who I would go to. The procedure to cut part of my husbands nail was quick and he made it seem so easy. He is a kind doctor and made us feel at ease with his humor and kindness. He was condescending and tried to say that my foot discomfort was due from wearing flip flops six months earlier. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend him. It ended up being correctly diagnosed as Morton’s Neuroma.

I cannot even put into words my dismay. I first saw his wife - she is very nice. However, her husband is a horse of a different color all together (or maybe a horse's...). He is rude and even from a member of his own staff "arrogant." He flat out refused to answer my questions, made me feel stupid, and told me at one point to sit down when I attempted to look closer at my x-ray. I needed specifics about recovery time, getting back to work, etc. & he blew me off. Don't waste 2 hours of your time to be mistreated and leave feeling belittled. I accompanied a family member to their appointment with Dr. Jordan. We had to sit in the initial waiting room for 45 minutes past the appointment time. Once we got into the exam room, we had to wait another 45 minutes. My family member needed their toenails cut, and Dr. Jordan told us in an extremely rude tone that he could do it but it would "cost extra." Dr. Michael J. I am appalled at some of these reviews. Dr. Michael Jordan was extremely pleasant and very informative. If being particular is what some of you are mistaking for arrogance than I will gladly take that any day. He is the best surgeon I have ever been to. When I first looked at my foot when he took the bandages off I was amazed at how perfect my foot looked. The incision was hardly noticeable and so precise. I was worried about having a scar after it heals, but I can honestly say I will never be able to see where the incision was. I called in with a bad flare up. I was unable to get in that day but was told that I would be put on a waiting list for the next available appointment. I was called the next day with a cancellation and was able to be seen. Dr. Jordan and his staff are wonderful and do their best to get patients seen within a timely manner.

Took my mother to see Dr. Jordan. He was running behind over an hour. He spent MAYBE 5 minutes with us, had not read the intake that his assistant took, didn't appear to have time for us to tell him anything, and left the room while we were in mid-sentence trying to explain something to him. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I have no confidence that he heard a word we said and I would not go back to him.

Took my mother 1 time to have toe nail removed..it went ok..lots trouble with toe..she's 80..made a second appointment for the other big toe..waited over a hour to get in room..he had a attitude lbecause he must have forgot why she was back in here..he said it didn't need removing ..but it did a mth ago that's why he made her another appointment..so we been sitting in the room after he gave her a shot in her toe for over a hour..because he doesn't want to be bothered..its 430 now..never again

Every time I have called the office about having my inserts redone I NEVER received a call back. My dog chewed them up & I just wanted them to make another set. I finally made an appointment after getting no response. I was brushed off about the inserts and was told I needed surgery on a bunion that was beginning to give me pain. Did they ever call me back to schedule surgery? NO! Did I ever get my inserts? NO! Every time I have been there I waited at least an hour to be treated rudely!

The wait was very long!!!! DR.MICHEAL JORDAN tries to rush you in and out just to get the money!!!I wouldn't suggest that anyone go there for treatment of any kind!!! Just another hang Doctor working over on the people to make a quick buck!!!

I have had a problem with my foot for 20 + years- been to several foot doctors and they tried to fix-surgery, padding,etc-no luck. Dr Sara Jordan had my problem fixed in 6 weeks-no joke finally my foot doesn't hurt ANYMORE!!!

I can't speak to the efficacy of either doctor, although I have not appreciably approved under treatment. What I can tell you is this office is run atrociously without regard for the time of the patient. Plan your entire day. Our shortest wait ever was 1.5hrs, max 3hr, over at least 5 visits. This is not a mistake, it's a business practice, but it also shows a fundamental lack of respect for the patients. Either book appropriately or don't book. You will get surly responses if you question the wait. Office problem, not speaking about the doctors.
