I'll just keep this particular review simple. I didn't even get to see the Dentist. I arrived 10 minutes late walked into a office with patients already there (they clearly overbooked) and we were told that we were 10 minutes late. We had called ahead to advise them that we were new to the area and that we would be there in 10 minutes. Had waited for months for these appointments. The receptionist advised us we were 10 minutes late and they couldn't take us to clean our teeth. Then she said, maybe they could take one of us. That's when we realized we were dealing with a very unprofessional office. And, when they didn't offer to reschedule us or any other solutions - we left to never never never return.

His receptionist isn’t professional and is extremely rude. I’ve heard this from others in town as well. Hopefully the owners will read this and learn that word of mouth is don’t go there because you don’t want to hassle with the receptionist.

Dr Jones is amazing! He always does an excellent job. Is nice has an awesome bed side manner with children! He totally fixed my smile, so that he’s feel comfortable smiling again! An , amazing, affordable, and honest dentist! My kids even like to go to the dentist!

Well, let me start by saying this man saved my life lol. I had teeth aches for months before I called his office. And despite the things I was told about him not being good, everything went well. 1st dentist to ever pull a tooth for me and i will continue to go to him!!

Just had the most rude and unprofessional conversation with the front desk. Not willing to help with issues at all, don't accept fax or email communication. Highly disappointed in the service.

Missed an appointment YEARS ago due to being in a foster home in Salina. They still will NOT except me or my children because of it! It wasn't even my fault and I was underage!

The dentist used to take state insurance and no longer takes state insurance also Will not take new patients and its the only dentist in town, you have to travel 30 plus miles to take my children to a dentist.

I highly recommend Dr Jones! Great staff and experience all the way around, and yes, there was a drill involved!!

Highly recommend Dr. Jones - he's professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The hygienists and staff are great to work with, too.
