Dr. Johnson really listens. He is informative and approachable. I recommend him highly.

It was easy to get an appointment for a recent ear problem with Dr Johnson and it was my first visit to this clinic. The audiologist was friendly and professional with all the tests and instructions. The exam with Dr Johnson was friendly and thorough. He listened carefully to my description of the problem and took enough time to examine all avenues which resulted in finding a small issue that was resolved in the office with good explanation of all aspects of the situation. The major issue was resolved and the ongoing support with a prescription will further resolve the issues that brought me to his office. Dr. Johnson greeted me with a sweet hello, and a warm smile that was noticeable even behind his mask. He listened patiently as I rambled on about my ears. Then he made sure to ask if I had anything more I’d like to add before sharing his thoughts. I was there for a second opinion and had arrived, unprepared, without the hearing test results from my first appointment. Dr. Johnson’s staff made efforts to obtain them. When they could not, they made time to accommodate me, conducting another test so Dr. Johnson could provide the most informed answer regarding my debilitating tinnitus and plugged ears. I’m grateful they did as the tests provided invaluable answers. After the tests, Dr. Johnson saw me, again, to explain my results and treatment plan. All this in one appointment. I left feeling positive about the tinnitus and plugged ears, which have recently marred the quality of my life. Simply, the best. Really liked the doc here and was listened too.

Dr. Johnson was awesome. He listened attentively to everything I had to say, he explained things in a comprehendible manner without condescension, and had a great bedside manner. I told him so at the appointment. I would highly recommend this ENT specialist and, in fact, I have already shared his name with my family.

Dr Johnson was thorough and clear and didn’t seem rushed at all, as so many physicians do. He took the time to listen and address my concerns. I highly recommend him - I was also able to get an appointment only a week out.

Dr Johnson and staff have always been so pleasant. They really care for their patients. Olivia is fab as well!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Johnson for years- I’ve trusted his care enough to have him treat my 5 kids, 2 Ex-wives, and my current partner????????. He has gotten me through a great and neck cancer bout, and has always been professional and knowledgeable!
