Dr. Janssen and his P.A. and also his office assistant are not who they appear to be. I was told by Dr. Janssen that I needed to have an emergent surgery to fix a loose screw in my neck. They kept me waiting for this surgery for over 4 months now saying they need to make sure my insurance was going to approve the surgery. Well, the surgery was pre-approved within a week, but that wasn't good enough. They wanted to know the actual dollar amount they would be getting paid before they put me on the surgery list. Well 4 months later, I am still waiting for them. In the mean time I have found another surgeon who approved my surgery and gave me a surgery date within 1 week. Dr.Janssen, you should be ashamed to run your practice like that. Also you missed some important things on my neck that my new surgeon found Thanks for nothing!!. Dr. Jansen treated me in 2014 for double lumbar fusions and I am back 10 years later from out of state for cervical problems. I drove 6 hours just to see him. I only trust him and his team! Amazing surgeon. He gave me my life back!

Dr jansen will make a.mistake durring surgery admit his mistake put you thrw another surgery then ghost you when you try to tell him you cant walk anymore dont go to him !!!! He ruined my life i lost my busness my house and still i can not walk i ve been homeless ever since surgery shame on you dr jansen god will punish you

Asked about my job, figuring he was asking to know whether he should give me weight restrictions or other restrictions. No he wanted to know and wanted to hear more so he understood. Not for any reason then to relax me and discuss my symptoms. Great Dr.

Dr Janssen, changed my life when he made the proper diagnosis for my back. I had seen 5 other surgeons they had all recommended spinal fusion. Dr Janssen recommended a nerve ablation. I did the procedure 2 years ago and I still feel great!!!

Explained my situation with my back but felt insensitivity of the pain I am in to give me some pain relief temporarily until next procedure. After some insistence he finally did give me a temporary prescription for my pain.

Back in 1996 Dr. Janssen did a fusion of my L4- L5 and S1. This was 25 years ago. On my first Appointment he looked at my papers ordered more test and sent me to get them. He told me he could not answer my questions tell he got the MRI and CT scans back. Some people may think he night be a little rude but he's not. He's very professional. After all the test we talked and he took his time to make sure I understood everything. I had surgery and I have the big scar on my back. Now a day's back surgery are done with less scaring. Dr Janssen is best and everyone working there was great. Before my surgery I was at the point where I was going to end up in a wheel chair. He told me is was my choice to have surgery or not. He told me to go home and talk to my family about it. This to me is a great doctor. He also told me that surgery may not take all me pain away. It been 25 years and I'm now 60 yes I had pain after but nothing like before. I'm still walking. Dr. Janssen it one of the best. ?

He is a very nice gentle surgeon that takes the time needed for each of his patients, and their families. Highly recommend him to anyone.

They are so caring and thorough, Dr Janssen is amazing and I really liked Dr Rummel (sp?) as well.

I have deep respect for Dr. Janssen. He will sit with you and tell you what he thinks about your case. He is a very honest man who will always tell the truth about your situation. I won’t ever allow anybody else to operate on my spine. Dr. Janssen is the best there is.

There are good doctors within the group.

I had severe stenosis, could barely walk, and quickly told I needed surgery. Despite the pain, I took my time and had appointments with four highly recommended specialists over several months to decide on the right procedure and the right doctor. I am amazed and highly satisfied with the result being just four and a half weeks out of surgery.

Put screw through nerve on one of 4 surgeries he did . Lived in severe pain 10 years until Dr Eric Jamrich repaired what this dr.left. And fixed L3-L4 that was blown from date of injury that this dr.didn’t seem was an issue and was causing severe pain in legs as the screw through nerve was causing also. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Jansen he is very informative before surgery and his work is done with with perfection. My only complaint is I didn’t stay long enough after the surgery unfortunately this was my fault I was in a hurry to get home so as for Dr Jansen he’s the best !

I needed surgery for Cervical Vertebral disease and sought several different opinions on how to proceed. Dr Janssen impressed me with his knowledge and experience and especially with his compassion. My procedure went perfectly, at every step of the way the care was impressive and compassionate. Dr Janssen and his entire staff treated me and my wife with professional expertise and true compassion. My Anesthiologist was brilliant and the Nurses truly experts and very caring. The facility is top notch. If I or my family ever need surgey I wouldn't hesitate to go to Dr Janssen and I highly recommend him.

Both Dr. Jannsen and the vascular surgeon he works with did an amazing job on my back. My lower back was totally worn out and I really didn't think it could be fixed. Worth the drive from Wyoming, he saw what two doctors missed, still requires surgery but less extensive and cost me way less then a 2 disc teplacement!

I would recommend Dr. Janssen. I had a rough recovery, but that was to be expected. I continues to improve all the time. He was very good to answer my questions and concerns. I didn't ask enough questions to begin with, but would recommend others to do so.

Best spine dr.!!! Replaced disc with a mobi-c. Surgery was easy, also very helpful with recovery process. Loved the surgery center. Wonderful group of people. Hope dont need anymore replacements, but if i do will return to dr. Janssen and crew!!!

I was hesitant to have cervical disc replacement and finally agreed to get it done after the radiculopathy and neuropathy became too unbearable. To my surprise I woke up feeling great! I'm 7 months post surgery and it has been great! Thank you Dr Janssen and Ruth Beckham NP. I really appreciate all you have done for me.

Dr. Janssen is an expert in his field (research, youtube videos) and a focused, excellent surgeon. The first time we met and he explained his recommendation he said "it would be a privilege" to help me. I have never had a doctor speak so humbly and honestly to me.
