Dr Hull is kind, compassionate and a good listener. He makes steroid shots a lot easier to deal with than many of his colleagues

Dr. Michael Hull was very personable, today, when I saw him. I went in for a recheck on my feet ~ but also showed him my Left Big Toe. . .it seemed to be inflamed, and a bit swollen. Immediately, he looked at it, then said he was going to give me an antibiotic. I am to soak it twice a day, in warm soapy water, & if it is not better in 10 days, he'll refer me to a specialist. I would definitely recommend him to others, seeking a foot Dr.

Pinnacle IS well managed. All the staff are professional and respect the patient's time. Always called back within 5-10 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Hull is very warm and caring about all the treatment a patient gets at Pinnacle. I am getting full knee replacement in August and then work on my foot/ankle with him in the future. He was very supportive of my knee surgery and let me ask and answer questions (generally since his expertise in not knees) about that as well. Felt better about both procedures when I left the office.

Came in with foot pain that has developed over a 30 year period after surgery that shortened my big toe. It had become painful to exercise and walk for any period of time. Dr. Hull came up with a plan to alleviate my pain with physical therapy and pads....I am so grateful to have a plan of attack so I can get back to walking without pain. Thank you!!!

Dr. Hull is great, he came to my rescue after doing a great surgery on my ankle. Fixed the small problem and made sure I was ok! Thank you so much Dr. Hull !! Was at 3rd Dr . Hull visit today and got a checkup on my ankle . He gave me the green light to start walking on foot . Thank you for all you have done from the surgery to the follow ups and encouragement moving forward.

Everything awesome! No wait time in the lobby, very friendly staff, and Dr. Hull is great. The place works like a well-oiled machine, and everyone is very helpful to try and get you what you need. I highly recommend Pinnacle Orthopedics in Kennesaw!! :)

Dr. Hull explained what was going on with my foot and how to correct the problem. He is a kind, empathetic Doctor who listened to me when I was describing the problem and the pain associated with it.

Very happy with the care that I receive from Dr Hull. He listens & offers options of different treatment. As long as he is a foot/ankle specialist, I will be one of his patients.

Dr. Hull was very professional, very informative and helpful. The staff was friendly, helpful and made me feel as though they truly wanted to help me. Overall, a great visit with absolutely no negative issues...I will be back when needed for sure!

Dr. Hull is very sympathetic to my foot issues. He decided today that some PT would be beneficial b/c he has determined that my issues are more involved with tendonitis than just arthritis, & feels adjustments to my Orthodics & PT may help my pain. He is extremely personable & empathetic to my plight.

Dr. Hull is very personable. He spent time with me explaining what would need to be done. He left and even came back in to make sure I didn't have any other questions. I highly recommend him.

I had a very bad fall. Broke my ankle severely in two places. I was petrified beyond belief! Dr. Hull is nothing but a saint! He gives great advice, encouragement and really is a down to earth person. Infact the entire staff especially his nurse make you feel at ease. They truly care about their patients.

The doctor was great after I was able to see him. I arrived at 9:30am for my 9:30 appointment. Several people were ahead of me and the line just did not move, one man even jumped the line. About 15 to 20 minutes later (9:48 on their clock) I finally made contact with the gal doing check-ins and was told I was late. I was told my spot was gone and I would just have to wait until the doctor had time to see me. I contested and told her that at 9:30 I was in line, but I then was ushered a couple times to different areas to wait. I waited until 11:15 and at that time approached the check-in desk. I told the gal that if I could not be seen soon, I would be leaving, never to come back. And this was my first visit with DR. Michael Hull. A few minutes later I was given the rush appointment. Upon leaving I was told that I just arrived at a busy time for the office staff. I feel that Dr. Hulls staff was just told that I was late! ...not the reason I was late (their slow processing)

Dr. Hull fixed my foot! 26 years after a ballet injury, I’m finally feeling relief. I’ll let a podiatrist stick to my toes - this Orthopedist knows what he’s doing when it comes to fixing feet! So happy to finally be on the road to full-recovery.

Dr. Hull has a great personality and spent a good while giving me options for treatment. I did not feel rushed at all. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.

I fell and broke my foot while on vacation. I have used Pinnacle for other problems,, so I called. The receptionist was very proffessional and got me in quick. I was assigned to Dr Hull, first time patient. He was courteous, explained the problem and solution clearly. I liked his approach. Very easy to talk to. Certainly would refer to him and Pinnacle.

Dr. Hull was very patient, kind and professional. He was very good at explaining everything. Also they all we very good about masks and distance. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Great experience with Dr Hull. Had bone spurs removed and fixed and area in the ankle. I felt well prepared for the procedure. Aftercare with his office was very positive.

Dr Hull is straightforward and continues to always let me know all my options. I love that about him! Excellent Dr.... highly recommend.

Dr. Hull was very thorough and caring, but he does not sugarcoat if your condition is difficult to manage or address. He is very upfront and honest and seeks to understand what you are experiencing in terms of pain. I appreciated his honest, transparent feedback on my condition. It’s apparent that he truly cares about each patient getting the best quality care, even if it means referral to a different doctor or specialist.

Dr. Hull was extremely accomodating. He explained my injury and what I need to do moving forward. He was very charismatic and knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly!

Tripped about 2 weeks ago. Foot swelling and bruised. Went to Urgent care. They did X-rays and said nothing broken but if swelling continued to see orthopedic dr after a week. Called Pinnacle on Monday and got appt w Dr Hull on Tuesday. After the expected first-time patient paperwork and a bit of a wait, X-rays were again taken and a small fracture was found. Dr Hull confirmed with physical exam. No surgery or cast required I found Dr Hull to be thorough and empathetic. He listened to what I said and thoroughly explained everything. Follow up appt is in 4 weeks. Pinnacle is a large and very busy place but staff moved things along and wait time was minimal. Flow from area to area was good. I felt comfortable there and feel that they hv enough people to handle my current situation and future ones with a high degree of quality care. Tripped about 2 weeks ago. Foot swelling and bruised. I was a new patient. Dr Hull had studied my file well and understood my condition, then asked questions and listened carefully, and discussed it with me. He was clear and helpful in discussing treatment options. Great visit.

Great attitude, seems to listen to what you have to say. Wants to help find a solution to your problem.

Although Dr. Hull was very professional, I was astonished that I had to stand in line with a broken foot, TWICE. And then was speedily escorted down halls instead of being offered a wheelchair, which I took my time hobbling, as I could barely walk without pain. I will not be using Pinnacle ever again. My second bad experience with them. The first time I had a pain in my hand, and was told xrays revealed I had arthritis. I do not have arthritis. That pain eventually subsided. He is a great listener and explores all options in my opinion. Makes you feel like you’re his only patient for the day and doesn’t rush through your visit.
