Dr. Hsieh has been very compassionate and always available to answer questions. I have a tough condition with pelvic floor dysfunction and bladder pain. I’ve also had chronic uti’s and I sought him out for these reasons. I’ve been to multiple urologists and gynecologists and he has by far helped me the most and is so kind.

Amazing Physician! As an out of town healthcare professional, I drive a significant distance to see Dr. Hsieh. It's is rare to find a physician who possesses expertise in multiple areas. I needed a urologist, infectious disease specialist; he's all that & more! Dr. H is kind, listens and is so willing to work with his patients to accomplish positive outcomes. He embraces all forms of technology to reach an accurate & timely diagnosis. His staff are responsive and communicate effectively; they make a wonderful team. I'm so grateful for Dr. Hsieh, he's allowed me to have my life back after years of chronic bladder infections.

Dr Hsieh is stellar. He is not only a great urologist and a dedicated research scientist specializing in the bladder, but a kind and compassionate human being. He listens carefully, never makes me feel rushed or unheard. He is able to talk with me and work with me to make decisions in a way that shows respect for my intelligence and agency as a patient ,while also being clear in even the most technical or complex medical explanations. He is an excellent communicator and a warm and caring doctor. I have been seeing him for a very complex chronic condition. Where other doctors I had seen seemed disengaged and/or not fully informed I found him to be totally abreast of cutting edge research AND enormously caring. He has been a true healing force on my journey to wellness.

I have had a good experience seeing Dr. Hsieh about a difficult bladder condition. I feel he is knowledgeable and really cares about helping me. His staff have always been helpful. He is willing to communicate by email; this is important because I live in S.C. I would highly recommend this provider.

Terrible physician. Spent less than 8 minutes and told me to have a procedure done that goes against treating my diagnosis. Was not prepared and seemed incompetent. Staff was terribly rude as well.
