Incredible experience with Dr. Donovan and Dr. Mike Haydel! I've already had back surgery years prior to my visit but was still experiencing pain. After ordering an MRI to get an updated report of what was going on in my lower back. Dr. Donovan agreed some injections would be the best course of action considering my career in the offshore oil and gas industry. After a very short wait, the MRI and procedure were scheduled. The staff and Dr. Haydel are so professional. I am so thankful for the time Dr. Haydel takes with me explaining everything and showing true concerns for my health. I receive the best care and would trust no one else! Thanks guys for such a good and thorough job!

Always excellent service and very nice people. My last appointment was shortly after Hurricane Ida directly hit Houma,La, where there main office was located. I wasn’t sure if their clinic in Lafayette would be open or not. I made the trip for my appointment from Lake Charles and sure enough, after what these people had just been through, they were open and seeing patients. God bless Dr Haydell and his staff for their dedication and I hope they have a safe and speedy recovery from the hurricane. Always excellent service and very nice people. Dr. Haydel is very friendly and understanding. He actually LISTENED to MY story of my symptoms. He had a recommendation from another doctor, but after hearing what I had to say, he proceeded with a different course and it WORKED! After exactly two years of being misdiagnosed, I can say that Dr Haydel successfully relieved my chronic headaches by listening to his patient. He was also extremely compassionate about my anxiety troubles and never let me feel uncomfortable at any point in time. Dr. Haydel is very friendly and understanding. I’ve been seeing these guys for over 3 yrs. I can’t complain about anything since I’ve been going here. Inserting the pain pump has worked really well and because of this procedure, I’m not taking as many pain pills as I was without the pump. All of the questions that I’ve asked, they have answered so that me and my family know what’s going on.

My wife and I have been pursuing relief for her pelvic pain for over 3 years. Dr. Haydel is the only doctor to truly listen and address the issue is a sincere, concerned manner.

The office personnel Shelby is very rude, and unprofessional. I had to redial like 6 times before I could get assistance. She holds the phone then says she is placing you on hold to check something and then she intentionally hung up. The disgusting part is that she makes sure that you can hear her hung up which shows that she does not care about whatever problem you are calling about.

Drove one of my employees from Atlanta, Georgia for a procedure. Made staff aware we were running about an hour earlier than out scheduled appointment and was informed that it was ok. Staff said they could still see us. Made it there only to find out we had to wait about a hour and a half. Stay away.

My visit to the doctor today was good. I gave 4 stars because of the waiting time I had in the past.

Friendly staff and Dr.Haydel was very easy to talk to and answered all questions. I found he spent a well amount of time in the room with us

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the office personel. I received a bill for a missed appt when actually I had not missed that appt, I had rescheduled for a sooner appt. But I was told that I failed to actually cancel that next appt. And I'm stuck with an $80 bill. Although I was satisfied with Dr. Haydels treatment, I will not be back.

Will never return to this clinic. Seems like all they want is money from you. Did not get any relief.
