Super cool doctor, great doctor/patient person

Had me to wait for a while w

Although knowledgeable in his field, he was completely rude to my mother-in-law today. Protestors in the streets, post Covid-19 times of fear and uncertainty for the elderly and he shared no forgiveness or compassion for her today. She is 82 and is a caretaker of her 85 year old husband. The doctor was callous and spoke to her without empathy on the struggles of holding on to their independence. It doesn’t matter the knowledge of the professional if you don’t have the heart to deliver it! Please learn your manners doctor!

I would recommend Dr. Hawthorne. He is so caring and personal when it comes to caring for his patients. He made us feel like family not patients. The time he took to speak with my mom and me was unprecedented. I only know one other doctor that took the time to get to know patients. He is more than a doctor he is a loving doctor who cares for his patients.

My experience with Dr. Hawthorne has been very satisfying. I appreciate the time and patience he has shown during my visits.. I was most appreciative of his show of concern for my health and well being.
