this experience is as good a medical experience as i have ever had. the Doctor was able to diagnose what other experts could not. remarkable. at each step of the way great care and patience were applied to his vast knowledge in order to arrive at the best conclusion for treatment. i do not think it gets better than this.

My experience with dr Hatzakis was truly excellent. He listens attentively and spends as much time as is needed to understand the pain I am in. He helped me previously when four other doctors were unable to when I was experiencing tremendous tailbone pain. He cured me without pain medication which I am averse to taking so that was lovely. I don’t trust very many in the medical field as I have often been offered pain medication which I won’t take but not an answer to the root cause of pain and healing. I TRUST Dr Hatzakis and have referred him to several folks over the years. He is a caring physician

Dr. Hatzakis has been nothing short of a life saver to me. He has managed debilitating migraines and neck pain I’ve had for decades. Other doctors simply provided medication, physical therapy and chiropractic which only caused more pain. His experience, instincts and listening to me AND my body has allowed me to live a relatively normal life for the last 10 years. Naturally, I sought his council for two sever car accidents; one with a significant head trauma and the other with hip injuries. After 5 surgeries and 9 injections in both hips, low back and ankle, I'm finally exercising and have greatly reduced pain levels. I had some pretty grim days with all the surgeries and procedures followed by excruciating low back pain once I started walking again. He never gave up on me or became frustrated with setbacks. He is extremely selective with referrals to other providers and conservative in surgical referrals. With that being said, he offers non-surgical relief with injections, cortisone, ablations, medications, PT, massage as well as other noninvasive procedures to help with pain. I can honestly say, I would not be working and enjoying life without him. I would seek his council for any chronic pain or injury, before a surgeon. Dr. Hatzakis' generosity in fitting me into his jam packed schedule was overwhelming to me. After 3 straight weeks of excruciating back pain, he was able to fit me into his schedule after only 2 days, diagnose the problem, start the healing process and set me on a track for full healing and recovery. Dr. Hatzakis shows true care for the patient. His diagnosis and treatment were spot on, I saw almost immediate results, and am very grateful for that. I am planning to bring the rest of my family to see him if that's testament of the good experience I had.

Dr. Hatzakis got me into a neurologist who determined that I don't have neuropathy, despite having type 2 diabetes, and that my pain is due to my calves and hamstrings being way too tight. Dr. Hatzakis is an extraordinarily knowledged physician but, equally important at least to me, he is extremely patient and caring. I am 78 years old and, therefore, have had the opportunity to visit many physicians in my long life. There are few, if any, who compare to this doctor. Now that I'm older and approaching retirement, Dr. Hatzakis helps me deal with the resulting wear and tear through conservative, minimally invasive care. Several years ago, when it became necessary to replace my right knee, Dr. Hatzakis helped me find the right surgeon and helped me through the many months of rehab. Dr. Hatzakis is a serious cyclist and athlete himself, which provides a perspective that I've always appreciated as his patient.

Both my daughters have seen him for different things and he is a great listener and spends plenty of time and asks many questions to get to know the symptoms so he can make a decision on how to move forward. He then explains what he believes is the cause, shows why he thinks that, and makes a plan to address it. He is very easy to chat with and has great energy.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Hatzakis. He spent an hour with me (or even longer) including examination, discussion of options and finalization of a treatment program that, for now, does not include a knee replacement. He seemed very knowledgeable and I greatly enjoyed our interaction.

Dr Hatzakis is my preferred doctor for my back issues. I saw him years old and he helped me recover with accurate diagnosis and prescription of aquatic and physical therapy. My issue would have gotten way worse if I didn't find him. He is a very good listener and very well-rounded doctor. He sees me as a whole person instead of separate issues here and there. Dr Hatzakis took just minutes to diagnose and treat my issue. I limped into his office and walked out without pain. He really listens to his patients and believes what we have to say. For a women this is a gift.

From booking the appointment online to my first appointment I was impressed. Dr. Hatzakis is what all physicians should strive to emulate. Dr. Hatzakis listened to me and understood not only my concerns but, was able to find solutions for my problems. He is a very likable and relatable physician and a very rare find!

Dr. Hatzakis is treating me for hip , neck pain and improvement of balance after a stroke. As a 76 year old man who has been physically active all my life, dealing with back/hip and neck pain plus difficult balance issues has been a challenge. I elected to see him because I was searching for a non-surgical solution to my condition. He has treated me with several complete examinations recommending steroid therapy and physical exercises to improve my condition. He is a keen listener, very observant and provides in depth explaination of my conditions. Both the single set of steroid shots and exercises have significantly improved my condition. I recommend him highly for a doctor who provides clear diagnosis and treatment.

While I was not able to see Dr. Hatzakis in person due to the virus situation, I was able to discuss my condition with him over the phone. He was very prepared with questions for me and with questions from me. I was very glad that I was able to contact him as he has treated me for several years. My condition worsened in the past few months so being able to contact him was very beneficial. He was also able to prescribe the medication that has helped me in the past.

Dr. Hatzakis is personable and communicates well. He made me feel like he really cared. He spends time with you and explains your condition and treatment. He takes a cautious yet through approach. He is positive about the results of treatment. Dr. Hatzakis is very responsive to his patients needs. I was in real pain on Friday. He is not normally in the office. I sent him an e-mail to see if he could help. He responded with minutes with time to meet him at his office. He was there and as a result of his treatment I am now comfortable.

My experience with Dr Hatzakis has always been top shelf. He is accurate and thorough. His new office is the best he is able to spend all of my appointment time with me. He believes what I tell him and he always has great advice on how to handle my issues, without surgery.

It was good to know that my aching knee (recovering from torn menius-(sp) surgery approx. 10 months ago) would not require another MRI or knee replacement for now. He provided a lot of info, which was a bit hard to keep up and take it all in. While I had good experience with Dr. Hatzakis, I had very, very bad experience with the staff including the doctor's assistant. Front office claimed they didn't have my information I submitted on-line and wanted me to manually fill out the forms, until they heard another patient talk to me about it. Then my online forms magically appeared. I left messages and voice mails for subsequent appointment and they never returned my calls nor responded to my e-mails. For this reason don't go to ROI.

After 2 months of no improvement, we got a 2nd opinion to Dr. Hatzakis' staff doctor at ROI, WA. It was discovered that our daughters ankle fracture went undiagnosed by Dr Hatzakis's staff. The Staff doctor was just plain rude and arrogant. We attempted to call, left voice mails, and emailed Dr Hatzakis to just share our experience and concern and we never heard back. Dr Hatzakis is supposed to be the Medical Director and never even cared to hear us out... He takes no responsibility.
