Dr. Michael Joseph Harkness

He is just a blessing for us. More than a doctor, he is an incredible being. I guess the word limit here won't be sufficient to describe him fully. As other reviewers mentioned very kind compassionate. Connects kids immediately as friends (50% illness vanishes right at that moment) We have special needs kid, so sometimes if we ask to do any paperwork, he won't even wait for assistance, he will fax, mail himself even if he's so busy. Hats off to him.

My child broke their arm and we needed emergency treatment without seeing/contacting Dr Mike. Broken arms are about as common as it gets but when it's your child it's the world. On a Saturday AM, one day after the break, I get a call from Dr Mike himself checking up to make sure my child was OK. He must have gotten notified through the paperwork. Really meant a lot to me. Dr. Harkness is such an amazing Dr. My daughter is beyond blessed to have him as her pediatrician. He is compassionate, empathetic, observant and always available to speak to his patients. He helped my daughter get immediate treatment for a hemangioma on her nose and we were seen the following business day. Dr. Harkness is incredible. My 8-mo son has had a lot of medical needs; Dr. Harkness along with Dr. Safier and all at the Nemour Pediatric Paoli practice have been supportive, informed and helpful. Dr. Harkness just spent a lot of time requesting scheduling support from CHOP, making extra calls, organizing appointments and more for us. To me, all above and beyond the call of duty of his job. We trust him implicitly, my kids LOVE him and I couldn't imaging taking my kids to another practice.

We love Dr. Harkness and everyone of his associates! Kind, considerate, gentle, respectful and knowledgeable. Really, what more can you ask for in a pediatrician?!

We love Dr. Harkness!! My kids get excited every time we have to go to the drs lol. He is great with kids. I trust anything he does or suggests for my kids.
