Excellent customer service!

Absolutely unprofessional and rude. It is 2021 and it's sad how I still have to deal with people who discriminate. I drove 2 hrs for my son's consultation and the Dr. did not even come out to speak with me. They mentioned my son being "Spanish." No respect, no acknowledgement. It was like he was too good to come speak with me. Word of advice, take that Bible off of your shelf. The way you treat people there is no reason to have that there or anywhere near your place of business.

Over the course of 10+ years I had tried every treatment for TMJ imaginable. In a last ditch effort I consulted with Dr. Hanson for treatment using braces. In less than 2 weeks I was pain free. What an amazing experience! Dr. Hanson is a great dentist, i couldn't imagine anyone else working on my son's teeth! A huge transformation...he's definitely the best in the Panama City area!

The best smile team in Panama City: I highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Hanson from a friend, when my son was a young teenager and needed orthodontic treatment. We felt relaxed and welcomed by both Dr. Hanson and his warm professional staff. My son, daughter and I go to Dr Hanson. I used work in the dental field and know a good Orthodontist when I see one. We are all please with his work. I love his front desk ladies. They always greet you with a smile and make it easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend him to everyone.;)

I was extremely pleased with the care I was given at Dr Hanson's office! Dr Hanson and staff are very professional and have given me the most beautiful smile! I was always seen on time and the availability of appointments makes it easy to include this in my schedule. I would not recommend any other orthodontist!!!

I have had the best care at Dr.Hanson's office. Dr. Hanson is truly an expert in his field and also shows caring and patience for each of his patients. His entire staff strives to make your visit enjoyable. I have always been able to be seen at my appointment time; that is extremely important to me.
