Refused care to my spouse that was later treated at the Tyrone Hospital for a mild recurring asthma attack. The staff in this building should be ashamed of themselves and their mal practice for assuming his issue and refusal of treatment based on symptoms related to covid.

Scheduler was rude, knew I was traveling from 2 hours away for the appointment I was 5 minutes late. So they wouldn't see me. Very rude. Scheduler was on the phone when I arrived wanted to reschedule my sick appointment for three days later. Very unprofessional and I'm changing providers this isn't the first time.
