Arrogant and does not listen to the patient. Is quick to prescribe anti-inflammatory from naproxen to stronger levels. As a patient I'm seeking root cause discovery asap, not discovery at his pace at my expense and time.

We just met Dr. Gross this morning and he was very personable and informative. We will be following his guidance and expertise to fix my husband’s knee. I hope to make this a 5 rating upon outcome/results but so far, so good. .

I had an excellent outcome on my knee surgery! They do x-ray on site, so they can discuss your diagnosis right away and come up with a plan. My surgeon was Dr. Michael Gross. He’s a very approachable doctor and a highly skilled surgeon. Dr. Gross actually listens to you when you tell him your symptoms. He’s also got a good sense of humor - he will almost certainly tell you a joke while your there. The whole team worked together to help navigate my insurance, make all the arrangements, explain all the details. It’s a great place! My knee is better than it’s been in 20 years, and it’s been less than a month since the surgery.

Dr. Gross made me feel confident in his diagnosis, and recommendations. He showed on the MRI that clearly my ACL was shredded. He was concerned about my desire to get back to being active and set reasonable expectations.

I had a great recovery. Dr. Gross did an amazing job on my shoulder.

Dr. Gross paid close attention to my complaints, and answer all my questions. He worked very closely during my rehabilitation set back and provided comprehensive care that pushed me to achieve an overall recovery that left me without any restrictions.

Front the minute I walked in the door, the staff was pleasant and professional. I was brought in on time, and greeted by the Dr Gross. His explanation of my issue was detailed and he even asked at the end if I had any questions!! Highly reccomend this practice!

wait time was long but I understand. Its the end of the day. Answered all of my questions and explained things very clearly to me.

I tore my rotator cuff and being that my lively hood is teaching yoga ,I needed to get better as quickly as possible. Dr. Gross told me what I needed to do to and what he was going to have to do to get me healed and back to teaching yoga as soon as possible. surgery went well, a lot of PT and follow up visits... I am back teaching and feeling strong thanks to Dr.Gross his care and amazing ability to know his work.

This is the second procedure Dr. Gross has performed on me and the results are excellent.

Dr. Gross repaired the ACL and meniscus on my right knee 9 months ago. I am in complete recovery with no complications. Dr. Gross is a thorough doctor who always make you feel that you are in great hands. The office environment is extremely efficient and professional.
