Dr. Grimes is the best doctor he's personable funny and always gets the job done. BJ is my favorite nurse. Dr.Grimes literally has the best sidekick.

I saw Michael Grimes, MD for a cryoablasion. It was a routine procedure. He asked me several times while under twilight anestesia if I wanted a rectal exam (there was no medical reason for one) and laughed. I stated no and he said that he would always be willing to give me one. When I went in for my follow up, he told me that I was healing well and that if my husband had behaved himself I could give him a special gift for Christmas. As a male woman's health professional, it is my opponion that you should respect womanhood and not cross the professional line. He did this on multiple ocassions. I made a complaint to the office manager and was simply told that I would never have to see him again. In the time since this occurrence, I have learned that I should have turned him into the medical board. Women, take care of yourself on every level, do not see this man. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My experience as a first time mother was horrible. Calling to talk to anyone on the phone takes forever, they never return calls when they say they will. I had some complications with my pregnancy but my concerns were brushed off by Dr. Grimes who urged me that everything would be okay. At 21 weeks when I wasn’t feeling baby move quite as much I went to the ultrasound place down the street where they informed me there was no fetal movement or heartbeat.... I called the after hours line to inform Dr. Grimes and he told me, “Well there’s nothing I can do about it now so try and call the office in the morning to make an appointment...” he was cold and seemed bothered by my phone call. The next day my husband and I called and called the office, no answer. We ended up calling Chesapeake OB triage line and the charge nurse had to call my OB who finally called me back 30 min later. This was the first and only time I spoke with Dr. Jordan who told me to go to EVMS where I found out my baby had died. To add further insult to injury, I decided to donate my breast milk, CHKD sent a release form to Jordan and associates about 2 weeks ago...again crickets. I have called and CHKD has called to get the release form signed and no such luck even after I was told by the receptionist I would receive a call back and never have. The lack of sympathy, professionalism and bedside manner is truly astounding. As a health care provider myself I have never experienced such poor patient treatment. I love Jordan and associates but Dr. Grimes is absolutely horrible, the chance that he could possibly be the one to deliver for me is enough to leave the practice.

She help me with a female problem I was suffering from and now I am better!!

I have been going to Dr. Jordan since Raintree Road and she is an excellent doctor with great compassion for her clients.

Dr. Jordan delivered my second child and she was nothing short of amazing & patient with me. I will continue going to this practice

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Jordan! She's been by OBGYN for over 20 years, delivered my daughter and my twin sons. Shani just gave me a flu shot and I didnt feel a thing!

Excellent doctors and service! I was a high risk pregnant patient that had several appointments on a weekly basis to ensure the health of me and my baby girl. The office staff were always professional and knowledgeable and gave me excellent care and I never waited past 15 minutes for my actual appointment t. Dr. Jordan was an amazing doctor who excelled all my expectations and made sure I was healthy before, during, and after childbirth. Appointments in this place are meaningless. You get there on time and you still have to wait an extra 2 hrs plus before they get to you. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place if you hate excessive wait. I don’t understand what the point of an appointment if you don’t adhere to it. They schedule more people than they can serve—not a good business practice. Dr.Grimes is so rude, did surgery in January followed up was to have another surgery no one ever called. I called office said I cancelled when I never received a call back. Talk with Dr.Grimes he was very rude and said I could see someone else cause his vacation starts tomorrow. So went to ER and need to have surgery so got a referral to have another doctor do it. Never in my life was I talked to like I was a child and explain my situation and he didn't care all he cared about was his vacation. Patients is not a number one priority. I was a 1st time patient and after this experience it will be my last. The staff was not welcoming at all. The receptionist was nonchalant, the MA did not even say good morning when she called me back. The only polite person there was a young lady helping another patient. I saw Jennifer Rosario, the PA. She was done in about 10 minutes. She never went over my chart which contained my extensive family history of cancer. I had another issue that was the reason I even scheduled the appointment that she just brushed off. I have never encountered a practice like this before. I love Dr. Jordan! She is awesome! I've been a patient of hers for about 10 years. She's delivered both my children who are healthy and happy. She's performed much needed surgeries (on me) that were extremely successful. She is smart, honest and absolutely the best OBGYN out there! Dr. Grimes delivered our last child (5/24/19) and he was absolutely amazing. He was very personable, funny, and he made the process very comfortable. He is quite the professional but he balances that with making the environment light and fun. We sincerely appreciate him! I love Dr. Jordan! She is awesome! My appointment was scheduled at 1:15, I waited over an hour in the waiting room. I spoke with the receptionist 30 minutes prior to walking out. They are really slow!!!!

Dr Grimes was my doctor for several years. He is light-hearted, jovial, and knowledgeable. However, when I noticed that the staff was trying to charge me $750 for my IUD, which I had confirmed with my insurance that would be $0 cost to me, I decided to review more closely my previous bills to explanations of benefits and realized that I had been overcharged rather frequently. When I brought it to the billing staff's attention, it did get rectified after a few months of consistent reminding from me. On my next annual visit, I had another unpleasant encounter with a student doctor, as she stood in the hallway and eavesdropped on the conversation between the nurse and myself during lab work. This was confirmed when she said as much in the examination room when it was just the two of us. Later I decided to email the staff, for an educational moment for this intern from the patient's perspective of trust building. Dr. Grimes called me to apologize, but it was apparent that it was a required apology as he seemed rather upset. Conclusion: -Dr. Grimes is a great doctor -Be careful to review bill to insurance EOBs -Speak up if you prefer not to have a student in your exam room. Amazing Dr that keeps everything lighthearted and entertaining. He delivered both of our children and will forever be a part of our family!

Dr. Grimes delivered my daughter 5 years ago and before then gave me the best prenatal care a girl could ask for. The office staff make me feel comfortable every time i go there and i always enjoy my visits. If you are looking for care in the tidewater area, Dr. Khadijah Jordan and Associates is the route to go!

Always a pleasure when I visit. Everyone is super professional and caring. They make you feel so comfortable with what ever you are visiting for. Everyone in my family attends and I always recommend them to people. Sometimes you have to wait to be seen and sometimes you don't. It just depends like most doctor office. Love him! He is very competent and very easy to talk to about delicate issues. I have been seeing him for about 8 years, including a pregnancy & delivery & getting an IUD put in. Highly recommend.
