I have been seeing Dr. Frey since he joined the practice several years ago. He has repaired a broken vertebrae, installed a trial spinal stimulator, given me radio frequency ablation for pain in my neck, and epidural steroid injections. I trust him completely.

I seen Dr. Frey 2 years ago for my low back pain and have been great since! I'm going back to him for a new pain, I trust him to help me with anything. Wonderful doctor and staff, definitely recommend him!

Dr Frey dropped me as a patient and refuses to treat me. Last treatment was August 2017. I’m in severe pain now and just managed to get a phone call into his office. I’ve been trying all week but got no response. I know doctors can be arrogant but this is Wrong. Also the office said they can not give a referral. I got dr Frey thru a referral. Seems odd. . Will be contacting anand the S that oversees doctors. Will call my insurance company and the Call for Action at Wink news. Hope this helps.

He is wonderful! I wish the wait times were quicker but it is worth the wait! And the OR downstairs is amazing.

I probably would not be walking today if it where not for Dr. Frey. His attention to detail and patience with me caught 2 breaks in my back when no one else would take the time to listen to me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Frey and his staff. They took every one of my concerns to heart and helped to diagnose me properly. Along with the procedure he did and the physical therapy he recommended, I was able to improve substantially. I would recommend his care to any one needing help with pain management.

The initial appointment with Dr Frey is awesome. He listens. He explains things. However, it will end soon after that. He will not see you, will prescribe things your insurance doesn't cover and costs a thousand dollars plus to pay for directly, and then will not even schedule another appointment for 5 weeks. As a pain Management Doctor, even with pending neurosurgery- and ongoing surgical procedures on neck, he seems to manage pain by leaving patients in it- and desperate for help.

The staff is as rude as can be and not helpful at all. There seems like so many but you always have to wait both to check in and to leave. Plus there are signs posted everywhere that tell you what they won't do or what you have to do. Dr. Frey has the bedside manner of a rock.

I had 6 procedures by Dr. Frey and not one of them helped. I finally decided I would try surgery and he did another procedure to "test" something re: surgery His words to me after were that I was a very poor candidate for surgery because my back was bad in several places. I then went to a surgeon and he told me Dr, Frey's predictions were wrong and that test was unnecessary and gave him little information. I think Dr. Frey lied to me to keep me coming back as a patient.

I have been satisfied with every visit I have had with Dr Frey's practice. Very happy with the treatments and the professionalism of the staff.

Dr Frey has suggested and performed a procedure that was not discussed with him by any other Dr. The procedure very helpful in providing much needed pain relief.

My long term disability insurance asked Frey to fill out a doctor review form. Frey refused, then sent me a registered letter saying that he would no longer be my doctor and implied that I'm a opiate addict . I've never ask for pain pills or received pain pills from Frey. I only went to Frey because I know from experience that he's shot happy. I called advanced pain management to see what the problem was. I was told the only person that would know why is frey and he wouldn't speak with me.

I would NEVER recommend Advanced Pain Management! Dr. Frey relegates visits to nurse practitioners who are often rude, uncompassionate, do not take the time to listen and talk down to you. It's apparent that they only care about the money they make off you and will try to talk you into ineffectual, expensive "procedures". Dr. Frey actually left the building in the middle of my appt once; and after 11 years refused to treat me anymore without reason. STAY AWAY!

I came to Dr. Frey with previous Rx for heavy narcotics. While my previous PM consisted of steroidal injections & RF, Dr. Frey ALSO performs these, BUT to a GREATER degree of comfort & Longevity. Not only is his surgical acumen SUPERIOR to my 2 previous providers, he is gingerly eliminating the narcotics from my monthly Rx. He LISTENS, but more importantly he genuinely CARES about MY health. I love this man & the WAY in which he continually strives to improve MY quality of life. Feel soBlessed!

Dr. Frey is a wonderful physician! I have been a patient for several years for pain management of my arthritic knees. The office staff, nursing staff and particularly Laura ARNP are always professional, kind and caring.

Worked with Dr. Frey for 10 years. During this time he has reviewed my problem sand recommended procedures that reduced or eliminated my pain issues. I have found him andhis office staff meets the highest level of professionalism. I have recommended Dr. Frey to manyof my friends and family and they have all been highly satisfied.

I found everything to be just perfect. Everything from meeting with Dr. Frey to the procedure was more than I expected...in a good way.

This place has been a life saver!!! Dr Frey works with finding out the problem and giving options of solutions to try and correct.

Dr Frey is one of the best pain/spine doctors I've ever had. Great bedside manners and really cares for his patients and listens. Would recommend him to anyone. Seems very prominent in his field and very knowledgeable. Tries to get his patients out of pain and off the pain medications.

Dr. Frey seems to understand the pain I am experiencing after I have had 4 lower lumbar fusions elsewhere. The injections he has provided have so far given me at least 50% relief and I now am scheduling more advance injections that will probably give me more long-lasting pain relief. He is very personal and is very responsive to my needs. I've been to other pain management specialists, some good and some bad, but Dr. Frey ranks up at the top in my opinion. I can trust him.

Dr. Frey is a no none sense kind of guy, wants to get the job done right the first time.

We were looking for a doctor who would offer aggressive pain relief suitable for our 92 year old mother. Dr. Frey seemed to have the answer via a radiofrequency procedure. Problem: Dr. Frey's practice, however successful with patient outcome, is a factory that seems to continually run beyond capacity. The pressure to rush patients onto an assembly line for treatment stresses staff, patients and caregivers. More concern seems to be focused on mass production than on patients as individuals.

He's excellent. I would recommend him to everyone. He has a great personality and knowledge.

Zero, this Dr. and this office don't respond to patient requests for scripts, authorizations, etc. Leaves patients without meds. Recurring issues over and over, so he obviously doesn't care to fix his issues to better care for patient's needs.
