If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a tele appt via video and wasted almost an hour and a half of my time waiting on the doctor to finally be told it would be another half hour before he saw me. My initial appt was at 10:30 am, the nprn didn't get on until after 11am to review questions I had already previously answered. Then the video disconnected and I had to reconnect. I finally reached back out to the receptionist and was told about the additional 30 min wait time. Horrible service and just an overall lack of respect of the customers time. Dr Fox absolutely changed my life! I was undiagnosed with endometriosis for 20 years. He made sure to let me know that a hysterectomy at 28 was not necessary unless I wanted it, and performed a hysterectomy as well as endometriosis excision. After 2 short weeks, I felt better than I ever have and I will forever be grateful to him for giving me my life back! Dr Fox absolutely changed my life! So far so good. I have been so scared to go through this process and Dr Fox was very informative and helpful. Then I’ve been in contact with Leah for all my appointments and she has been phenomenal. Always calling me back and reassuring. I feel like I’m harassing her but she says I’m not! Dr Pascall did my biopsy and whatever the medical term is for checking my tubes. They coached me and kept asking if I was okay. I’m 100% glad I chose this practice for my needs. ???? So far so good. Asked for transfer of files 4 times. Still nothing and no files. Ereka Freeman is the culprit. If not received by tommorow 10AM- giving to our lawyer

I will never come back to Dr. Fox’s office. Everyone from office staff are to Dr. Fox himself was horrible. After my appointment I left in tears. When Dr. Fox seen I was lost, he was to lazy to get up to show me where checkout was at.

Dr. Fox is an amazing physician. I’ve been honored to work with his practice for more than 5 years now.

Doc Fox is a great surgeon and is very thorough . He does take the time he needs with each patient . My surgery was very successful thanks to his precise endometriosis excision and i appreciate the time he took with me.

I had my endometriosis incision surgery with Dr.Fox. He is truly amazing. I drove 4 hours to see him since he is one of the best. I would have given 5 stars, however dealing with the front office in person or over the phone is a complete nightmare. I had to call 5 separate times to get the documentation needed for FMLA. Also, after my surgery I called and left a message for a nurse and have yet to get a call back. It’s been two weeks. Anyways, if you can get past that, it’s worth it. Amazing.

We did two IVF's with Dr. Fox and it resulted in us having 3 beautiful kids.

Dr. Fox was the only physician in the Jacksonville area to diagnose my infertility issues correctly. My son is now almost 12 years old and my daughter is 10. We would not have these beautiful children without his help! Thank you Dr. Fox. I hope you and your family are well!

Passionate doctor about his fields of study and research. Office staff is extremely compassionate, patient, and thorough. They have been great advocates for my health and my husband's health, amazing cheerleaders in our journey, and always able to give us information to any of our millions of questions.

Dr. Fox is a very knowledgeable doctor. He assisted in my laparoscopy surgery for endometriosis with Dr. Paschall they both did a great job. I am very pleased with Dr. Fox and his team!

First and only recommendation was surgery. Skipped over anything else even though it wasn't warranted. I've always been a fan of surgery being a last resort if possible but there's no money in that,right Dr. Fox? Also spent HOURS sitting in his office by myself. No Joke. When I went and asked a nurse what was going on, they treated me like I was the jerk because some nurse was sick...How was I supposed to know? And isn't YOUR job to readjust to these kinds of things....sheesh!
