Dr. Michael William Ford

I was sent to him to evaluate my tooth after having issues from a root canal previously done at another dentist. He said nothing was wrong and diagnosed me with TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA. They had me pay $175. I called the following week because I felt as though he was missing something and have yet to get a call back, 3 weeks later. I had to have my root canal redone yesterday. Poorly treated!

I had a bad experience with Dr. Ford. He made a mistake during the root canal and afterwards he was not competent in regards to pain management I would suggest getting your root canal somewhere else if you can.

BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I am usually tense and very uneasy at dental appointments, but after my experience with Dr. Ford, I now feel like I can cozy up with pillow and blanket at this clinic while he takes care of my teeth. I felt a calm in the air while sitting in the waiting room, and this feeling followed me throughout the building as I made my way back to the dental chair. Dr. Ford explained the steps of the procedure as he went along.

I was given a referral to Dr. Ford on 3/7/16 from my family dentist. I immediately drove to Dr. Ford's office in Harker Heights where I was greeted with friendly staff asking how they could assist me. (And, to my pleasant surprise, was given an immediate consultation). Dr. Ford put me at ease, taking time to hear my concerns, answering my questions and explaining all anticipated steps of treatment to me. He is extremely patient, gentle and sincere in his work.
