Doctor is great with explaining things. He is very efficient with his tests.

I enjoyed my appointment and all the explaining that was done. It was my first eye exam in a long time so I had no clue what I was doing. Dr. Fleming was courteous and patient with me.

This was just my first visit to Dr Fleming but I felt like he is extremely knowledgeable and knew what I was going to say before I said it with regards to my challenges with my current glasses and contacts. Based on my eye exam, I believe we are on the right track to correcting what the last clinic went wrong on.

Dr Fleming listened to me! We talked about what I did so that he could better help me to see better. And Leiza was wonderful in helping me pick out frames that fit my active life. I will be going to them from now on for all my Eye needs. They were both just wonderful.

Dr Fleming is awesome! Being in the medical field, dr's see a wide variety of patients & their personalities. He's very fexible, & has a great bedside manner. The second we greet, he knows the temperature of the visit. 11/4/21 visit, FYI he was dressed head to toe, mask & gloves ALL in blue. After our greetings, I asked "where's your group?". He smiles & gets it. (I'm referring to "Blue Man Group"). While trying to read the eye chart. he asked me to read the letters in the smallest line I could see. I could "see" each line. There is see & "see accurately", BIG difference. Staring intently I said "I'm pretty sure, you didn't change that bottle line into chinese, but that's what I see." So I attempt the line above it. I get a few, think.... Then it's multiple choice ummm either a O or C, F maybe P? D or O, F, no E??? Think I failed that one too. Lol Another chart, I said "no way, those are all dots." If anything, I hope I add a bright light to his day, he definitely does mine, literally! I've seen Dr Fleming ONCE a year, for 7 yrs. I'm extremely impressed, that he knows my medical & health conditions, & how they affect my vision. VERY Impressive!! Even if he was to forget a patient, he cares, & takes the time to go over each individual patients file, before seeing them. He comes prepared! Thank You Dr Fleming. This is a rarity, I've unfortunately discovered in the medical field. Grasp onto them & recommend them! (I say that bc I saw a Medical Specialist MD, 15+ visits a yr , average 40 min ea visit, for 10 YEARS!!!! Not only that, but I was her ONLY patient with this very rare specific medical condition. Always the best service and care!

I always love seeing Dr. Fleming because he does such a thorough job checking your eyes.

The exam was though and complete I also enjoyed Dr Fleming, he has great bedside manners

Great friendly atmosphere

Dr. Fleming is always very courteous and informative. Shakira and Lisa are very courteous and helpful, as well.

I arrived a few mins early and attempted to go into the store to choose frames only to be hassled for arriving early because they were not allowing more than one patient in the store at once. I also had my two small toddlers with me which they did not like either. I understand that safety measures need to be taken during the pandemic, but the way they treated me felt extremely rude. Getting my frames and will not be returning or recommending. The office took many precautions to ensure the safety of the staff and their patients. The door was locked at first, but there was a sign indicating that someone would be with me in a moment. Because of COVID, an appointment was hard to get but it's because they take the time to clean everything before the next patient comes in. I found it to be slightly inconvenient that they didn't give me a heads up about the door being locked and that there is no bathroom onsite, but that could be another COVID precaution. Plan to use the bathroom ahead of time or use the one at TJ Maxx. There's no waiting area, you just sit in front of someone the entire time. One receptionist did have her mask off on the phone while I was in the room and another receptionist was in the room, but we were able to maintain social distancing. There is a barrier between you and the receptionist so you feel very safe being within 6 feet. The room is set up for everything you need and was cleaned before and after use. Although I didn't have the best experience upon entering, the eye exam exceeded my expectations. Dr. Fleming was able to diagnose my condition which I always attributed it to bad eyesight over many years. Afterwards, I had a good selection of glasses to choose from and was able to get prescription sunglasses for 50% off because of my insurance. The receptionists were more than willing to provide their feedback so you walk out with a good pair for your face. Overall, it was very pleasant. Always a pleasure coming here. The front desk gals are so sweet and helpful and Dr. Flemming is amazing at what he does. You can tell that your health is their top priority. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Dr. Fleming has been my eye Dr. of choice for several years and now both of my daughters. He and the Pearle Visions staff have always been polite helpful and happy to explain or answer any questions we have.

Dr. Fleming's office was great, they had very good controls in place for the current Corona Virus Pandemic going on. It was nice to be able to pre-fill out my paperwork which I received via email which made the experience that much faster.
