Dr. Michael Mcvea Ferguson

Dr. Ferguson was my Psychiatrist more than 7 years. He was able to treat my ongoing issues dealing with stressful chain of events. Dr. Ferguson wrote letters for me, and was there for me at one of the most difficult time in my life. He is very professional, personable, patient, and treated me with the utmost care and respect. I attribute a lot of my personal and professional growth to Dr. Ferguson.

On my first appointment with Dr. Ferguson (as a minor) I said that I wanted to tell him something in confidentiality. Once I told him, he immediately insisted upon telling my mother. It's like it was his goal to lose my trust immediately. Would not recommend...

I took my daughter to see Dr. Ferguson for anxiety and depression when she was 15. She ran out of the office crying and would never go back. A year later, she told me it was because Dr. Ferguson insisted that she tell me she is gay, even though she made it clear that she was not ready to do so. This was a first time visit!

Easy to talk to. Great Listener, gives me his undivided attention at ALL times. Understanding, AND Most of all... He is Educational helping me better understand my illness. Kind. Considerate. All around GR8 Dr.

My son who is 22 years old was not allowed into his appointment with Dr. Ferguson because he did not have $250 for his deductible being that it was the beginning of a new year. Not only would the office staff not let him see the doctor they told him he was going to be charged $135 for not going to his appointment. Apparently Dr. Ferguson see's his patients as nothing more then dollar signs. My son has been seeing Dr. Ferguson for 8 months. I was told to find a new Dr. when I called to complain
