the staff is completely unprofessional and refuses to return any calks, voicemails or emails. Insurance was not checked, verified or even a claim submitted. They immediately sent me a bill for $350 even though I clearly stated before the appointment I could cancel the appointment until they did their part to verify. I know of my coverage and specifically said I can come back another time and u did not sign their form. Dr Feinman told me to just come back and he wouldn't bull me as I am a return patient. I have not been able to reach anyone including him from the office. But they continue to mail a credit card authorization form and bill for $350. I have asked the process to dispute and we are going on 60 days with no follow up. I have never experienced a anything like this with the medical and healthy industries.
