I saw Dr Eckles today and have to disagree with previous reviews. I did see his nurse for intake information and vitals. However, Dr Eckles sat down with me for over 40 minutes to discuss my Sleep issues, provide me with his medical advice and his financial concerns over a sleep study for me (as far as insurance covering). He seemed very concerned about making the most ethical and financial decision, took my opinions and concerns into consideration, and did a health eval on me to make the best decision. Never see the Dr just a nurse. Was told for my insurance to cover sleep apnea equipment I had to make an annual appointment to review information produced by my bi-pap machine. When my oxygen concentrator broke I could not get a new prescription to get a new machine without making a face to face appt. That meant a delay of days without the oxygen I needed! I’ll be getting a new Dr!!! ???? Hopefully one that will see his/her patients Never see the Dr just a nurse. Scheduling is very poor. Bedside manor is very poor. I never met Dr. Eckles just the nurse. She never introduced herself so I thought she was Dr. Eckles. I never had a chance to ask questions. I had two visits here and will be looking for a Dr. that has more time to explain things and cares.

Dr. Eckles always provided me the information I needed and I did the best in terms of adherence to using my CPAP machine while seeing him.

Typical of too many doctors, arrogant and dismissive. After 5 minute office visit his attitude was, "I know what is wrong with you, what is best for you and don't waste my time with questions". There are many good and a few excellent doctors in NW Arkansas. This man is not among them, by far.
