Dr. Dykes is by far the best doctor I have seen for the pain management of my back. I have had 6 back surgeries and he is the only doctor I have seen that understands my pain and is very compassionate and concerned about my pain and my health. He is one of the best of the best.

The kindest and best Doctor I’ve ever seen. One of a kind as a human being.

I was nervous and Dr Dykes and he's staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have had about 4 procedures done there and Dr Dykes always comes back to check on you when you're ready to leave to make sure you're okay so everything. I trust him totally.

This is a pain management clinic. Dr. Dykes is a shot and pill pusher. I will not get shots, the epidural steroid injection is NOT FDA approved and comes with many risks that I will not take a chance on. He will not change or up the pain medication I've been on for one year until I start having procedures done in office. I won't do it! I'm 42 and have numerous painful back problems and I only want help in keeping my pain managed so I can continue working. He can keep his shots.
