I didn't get a chance to get her name but the African-American lady who drew my blood was very nice and courteous. These kinds of things go along way especially when you're already not feeling well. Great experience thanks again

Dr Dunn has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is kind and professional and thorough. His facility is one of the cleanest I've ever been in. He has several staff that handles different things, I have had the pleasure to be assisted by everyone of them. They a kind, professional and thorough as well. I have followed DR Dunn through 3 or 4 relocations and will continue to keep him as my primary care physician, for as long as he is working. I don't think I would be alive today, without his medical help and his guidance and caring. It is a pleasure each visit to receive such amazing care, and treatment. I feel like I'm part of a family when I'm in his office.

Always kind, and to the point, very pro-active in my recovery. And Iam even willing to change insurance carriers to stay under his care. The staff is amazing, welcomed me always with my first name when making calls, they are always friendly and caring. I only have had great experiences with Dr. Dunn and his staff.

I spent years here as a patient, and it was consistently terrible. They’re EXTREMELY unprofessional. Their staff is completely incompetent, they would mess up labs, lose them, and most of them did not even know how to perform their job. The first time I got my blood drawn they stuck me 7 times until they listened to me on where my vein was. All I got were measly apologies, nothing to correct any situation I experienced. I’ve spent years here getting told incorrect information, them messing up important labs and information, and finally once I left this place they ignored all of my phone calls and my insurance company’s calls- whether that’s for billing concerns or extremely serious situations that require a specialist to transfer the information to my new doctor. Their phone answering system is a joke. AVOID THIS PLACE! They don’t deserve your business. There’s much better practices. I spent years here as a patient, and it was consistently terrible. I could not emphasize more on the excellence in the care I got. For the first time visiting this clinic, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and very helpful from the front office staffs to nurses and practitioners, and most importantly the care. I called in to schedule an appointment and I was able to make a visit and get treated on the same day. Everything was explained to me and ensure that I got the treatment that I needed. Very professional, super friendly, and informative. The best health care I’ve ever gotten. Thanks everyone for making my experience great. This place is a mess. they dont really enforce masks anymore. i wasnt suprised when one of the nurses tole my husband theres a current covid outbreak going on. sad for these staff. these people should be ashamed of themselves, you work with hiv positive people!!

I've been seeing Dr.Dunn for over 20 years now. My only real complaint is not answering their phone. I had missed their call today by a second. I immediately retuned their call. However when I calledthe answering service picked up stating they were closed. This was this morning. I've tried calling back several times. It now 3:45 pm and there is still no one answered. I’ve just moved from Virginia with my partner who is retired military and we were looking for medical recommendations. My primary doctor recommended Dr. Dunn to me. Today it was my first day and my first impression was great because I’ve had a friendly welcome from the front desk (Mary) to the general manager (Sylvia) also other staff. Down to earth doctor and says what is needed. Find him to be as specific as he can rather than beating around the bush. He's personable and professional.

This is the 3rd time I've called my DR's office and the receptionist could not understand my English. Because of this I ran out of my necessary medications. My life is put in danger by their receptionist inability to understand English. Dr. Dunn has awesome bedside manner. He takes his time to really listen to you! I highly recommend him to anyone. Btw there's a lab on site which saves you time from going off site for blood work. Been seeing Dr Dunn for 20 years.

Recently started coming to this office so that I could keep Corie Beniasians as my PCP! It's a very nice office, and the staff are so easy to talk to. I also briefly met Dr. Dunn and he seems very personable, so if Corie is ever out of office and I need a doctor, I'll be happy to make an appointment with him instead. In my most recent visit, I had to get an immunization and some labs drawn, because I'm going into a nursing program soon. They were given/drawn by an assistant named "Sarah" and I wanted to give her a shout out! The injection and blood draws were totally painless, and she was so patient with me when I asked for some detailed info on the immunization, because my nursing program requires it. I'm sure she had other things she had to do too, but she never made me feel like I was asking too much at all. Thank you to everyone who works there for always giving 100%!
