This office is unprofessional!

Dr Duffy is great, very professional. The office staff has been wonderful.

Dr Duffy is an awesome doctor. I’m revising my review after speaking with Dr Duffy and his PA Jeremy and being advised that the information provided to me by the USMD personnel was in correct. He actually told them he could not write the prescription because he was out of town, Instead they told me he denied knowing me. Additionally what I thought was a pain management contract only applies to meds prescribed by Dr Duffy. I maintain that Dr Duffy is an awesome physician, however his after hour answering service is still rude and not accommodating to his patients. Dr Duffy is an awesome doctor. Dr. Duffy is an excellent surgeon. He relieved pain in my back that I had suffered with since 1974. His bedside manner is is Brad said manner is excellent is excellent and he demonstrates a caring attitude at all times times. At all times times. Awesome staff and Dr. Duffy is just as great lol

Couldn't be happier with Dr. Duffy, Jeremy Dollar, Maribel, or Donna. They've been kind & patient with me even when I made a mistake. While leaving their Dallas office recently, I literally told someone, "this is what going to the doctor SHOULD be". 6/6/18 J. Wallin

He is a great doctor ..he did a great job on my back surgery..and his staff was also great with being patient with me and making sure all my needs were tooken care of..a doctor i will recommend to anyone☺☺

Horrible experience. Tried 4 different times to see the doctor, never got to. He always had something come up and wasn't available. Stay clear of this place.

I initially came to Dr. Duffy for a second opinion for chronic lower back pain. After meeting with Dr. Duffy, going over my MRI and discussing my choices; I decided to have a spinal fusion done on my lower back. My surgery was done in December 2016. From the very get go, my experience with Texas Back Institute, Dr. Duffy and the Mansfield office staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond every time I needed FMLA or Disability paperwork filled out. Anytime I had an issue/concern/question, the office and medical staff did everything they could to assist me. My surgery went well, the recovery hasn't been the greatest; but, let's be honest-what recovery is? Frustrating experience everytime I had an appointment.

Incredible office staff offering wonderful service! Dr. Duffy did a procedure on my neck that provided immediate relief with no after effects. I am very grateful to him and have recommended him. His physician's assistant, radiologist, office manager, and nurses are all superior and will bring a smile to your day!
