I highly recommend Dr. DiGiovanna to anyone who needs an extremely competent , knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough physician. He took his time to listen and addressed all my questions and concerns, I wish I was treated by him years ago then I would not be in my current predicament. He ordered an ultrasound and uncover a new cyst which my previous physician did not even detected. I am very grateful to Dr. Digiovanna. I must mention Jennifer , the nurse is super efficient and helpful . She streamlined and assist me with transferring my medical records , Jennifer is very knowledgeable in many aspect and so pleasant to talk to.

I would certainly recommend Dr Mike DiGiovanna to my friends and family. I have been his patient for the last 12 years and still prefer to see him only, even though I have moved about 40 mins away from his office. His bedside manner, care and concern is excellent. He is thorough in everything. Best annual physicals ever. He is very knowledgeable and understands patient's concerns and views and works with me. Very good with follow ups. I will not go to any other doctor besides him because he is trustworthy and thorough in treatment.

He’s extremely Professional spends time talking to you about your visit. Makes healthy choices to further your wellness. He’s definitely a great Doctor

Dr Mike is the best of the best with osteopathic manipulation. He has helped me with fibromyalgia which has changed my quality of life and lessened my pain. Most DOs don’t do this technique but Dr Mike is a genius!! He also takes care of anything else I need with competence and a pleasant bedside manner. I recommend him to anyone looking for quality medical care

Waiting room empty. Waiting 20 min now. Last visit it was 45 min before seeing a doctor. Service is worse since they merged. Long wait on phone too

I was referred to Dr Digiovanna by a friend who swears by his knowledge, compassion and bedside manner. I live in Suffolk but decided to make an appointment for the antibody test. I was blown away with the process. I did a telehealth visit from my house and followed up with a quick blood test at the office. I was greeted and taken into an exam room. no waiting and no interaction with any other person or patient. The office was clean and the staff was competent and friendly. I left with a paper outlining what IGG and IGM mean. The next day my results were explained to me via telehealth. It was a safe and simple process. Dr Digiovanna took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I will be staying with this practice as a patient. I am highly impressed. Thank you!!

Dr. DIGIOVANNA is an amazing doctor. He is kind, caring and extremely compassionate. He speaks to me with such empathy and treats me with patience and never rushes our visit. His main goal is to help me get better and make me healthy. I’m a nervous person when it comes to doctors and I have never had white coat syndrome with him, in fact my blood pressure is always normal when I see him. His smile and calmness is contagious. He is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. I trust him with my life. His PA’s and staff are also amazing. During this difficult time with Covid 19, I needed to be seen and SHAWNETTE was awesome. She helped me log in and it was extremely easy, she gave me step by step directions. If you are looking for a doctor, then Dr. DIGIOVANNA is the one for sure.

Dr. Mike is one of the most compassionate Doctors i know. He makes you feel special, he talks to you with patience and kindness. Dr Mike doesn’t rush your health, he strives to make you healthy. Dr. Mike capability and knowledge is phenomenal. I appreciate how he treats any ailments, with empathy and humbleness. Dr. Mike is a phenomenal Doctor.

Dr. Mike, PA Mike & PA Leanne are fantastic, concerned for the patient and follow up on their conditions. Wait time is good for a doctor's office. Staff is friendly and efficient.

If you don't mind waiting over an hour he really is a wonderful doctor.

used to love this practice ,Dr Mike, John and Sandy. thought that they had great bedside manner and took the time to explain things thoroughly! Everyone is gone now and there is a bunch of new staff that are horrible. When requesting to have an appt with Dr Mike , the new PA comes in instead. Test results were not explained. The receptionist said “don’t know they just said they were normal”. Feel very removed my my care and that Dr. mike is just overseeing PAs now. As a result, changing Drs!

It’s a shame because the doctor and the PA are wonderful but the staff is terrible. Definitely will be switching my doctor now I’ve never seen such rudeness from staff. The receptionist ignored me and helped the guy after me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mike and Dr. Gerri since the mid 90's. While Dr. Gerri is no longer with the practice Dr. Mike is. He is an excellent doctor. However, his staff is horrible. He needs to either fire everyone and start over with new staff or implement new policies and procedures starting with the office manager. Dr. Mike really should be embarrassed at some of these reviews and sadly they are not about him but his choice of staff that represent him.

Office is terrible. Called 5 times waiting for important tests. Call was never returned. Staff is rude and ignorant. Not worthy of a Massapequa location.

My mom is very elderly and dr Mike always takes the time with her and he is patient , caring and always will to listen and help. She would not go anywhere else..

I have been going to the office for about 16 years. The first few were with Dr Geri and Dr Michael. Both are polite, kind and caring. The front office staff as others have mentioned are really poor at best. The can be rude, uncaring and disconnected. I have been Using Sandy Terc, RPA the last 10 years. I only stay with them because I really love Sandy. She treats my entire family. She is Excellent. 10 out of 5 stars. Back office is always professional and polite but that front office staff BAD!

Unfortunately the staff at the front desk is not professional lawn courteous rude and unprofessional tried leaving messages for the Office Manager no phone call back tried leaving messages for the doctor himself no phone call back unfortunately if it wasn't for my doctor being there I would tell everybody and anybody not to go there due to their front desk staff

I have been with this office for well over 10 years. Dr. Digiovanna is by far the best doctor I have had. Due to my illness I have multiple doctors and I cannot praise Dr. Digiovanna enough. He has an amazing bedside manner. He is never in a rush and is extremely patient. He takes his time to listen and explain. His knowledge of medicine is extremely impressive. I highly recommend him and guarantee your satisfaction with him.

I've been going to the practice for 11 years the other drs and PA's rotate like crazy that aside I waited almost 2 hours to get in to see the PA (not sandy) with my hungry now cranky crying children to be told she'd be right back and went in another room to help another patient so not only did I wait 20 mins to get someone on the phone to MAKE THE APT but then the wait the rude treatment THEN I walked out not even knowing what I was prescribed in a rush I'm furious!!! I have very high blood pressure and have been on medication for years for this. I switched to this practice in October and saw Paula. She re-newed my prescriptions that my cardiologist had me on. When the time came for my very first renewal 3 months later (last week) CVS called and I called the office to get the renewal. I have called 3 times, left messages each time, and CVS has reached out electronically 3 times all with no response. I'm out of medicine for several days now.

Dr. Mike was thorough, caring, took plenty of time with me, explained everything and I left feeling like all of my issues were addressed
