I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Dao, he’s caring and has a great bed side manner.

Dr. Dao always listens to the patient I was having knee pain and was referred out to a orthopedic Dr. Which diagnosed me with a meniscal tear. I wish I could give this practice five stars but I can't you show up to your appointment on time and takes them over 30 minutes to call you in and then you have to wait more time in the room to see the Dr. I have a very busy schedule so punctuality is my #1 issue here. If a patient is expected to be at their appointment on time I assume that would also apply the other way around and it happens every time.

Dr. Dao has been my family doctor since I was 3! I have 5 siblings and we all went to Dao growing up. I’m still in Arlington, so I still go to Dao. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else! Also, their PA Anne is the best PA out there!!

So today, I go to check the Healow app where you can find all of your medications, check appts, and other type of medical things from your doctor. Only to find out on my medical records it showed that I had Cancer. I was like well they didn’t tell me I had Cancer in which they reported it from June of 2020.I was like well I just seen you guys and February of 2021 and no one never told me I had cancer. So I’ll telling my family that I have cancer to keep them informed. So I called them and they was like I don’t see that I said well I’m looking at it and why you guys didn’t tell me I had Cancer in June of last year instead of referring me to a Cancer doctor. So I had to wait until the Nurse could call me back and she was saying the same thing that she don’t see what I see. I’m like well I see it and I know what it says. I said why y’all didn’t tell me I had Cancer instead of having time to come bk I. February of this year to do another pap instead of sending me to a referral. So then I had to email support for them to remove false documentation from my medical record. Documenting falsified information is a crime!!!! That’s can cause people to be depressed and other types of illnesses can happen because they are putting the wrong information on your medical records!!!!! Get it together people!!! He's been our family doctor for 20+ years and we will never change

Very happy with Dr. Michael Dao. He’s a true gem, takes good care of my parents, very patient, caring, and diligent, basically everything you look for in a good doctor! We are very happy we found him and will stay loyal for many years to come. Keep up the great work!

We have been going to see Dr. Dao for 15 years now, and he's absolutely the best! He takes the time to talk to you about any health conditions, and wants to know how you've been doing in general, the family, etc. You will never find another Dr. as knowledgable & caring as he is. If you do find one...hang onto them, because these days it's very rare.

We've been seeing Dr. Dao for 15 years, and he's the best! He's the most caring, genuine, knowledgable, and we feel like he's a great friend as well. Wait time is usually less than 10 minutes, his nurses are great. Always a happy office to come into. There's not many Dr.'s like him left, and we trust him with our lives!

Great Doctor! Friendly staff. You have to make sure to call before for scheduling though.

Dr. Mike has been my doctor for over 20 years. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a wonderful person and doctor.

I love my Dr. Michael Dao. He takes very good care of me. If anything goes wrong he's on it. He's been a true blessing in my life. God bless him. He's the true definition wof what a Dr. Is supposed to be. Always going above and beyond the call of duty.

Staff is great, wait time is reasonable and the doctor is the best!

The worst experience at this medical office. My 1st visit here I waited 1 1/2 hours in the lobby and another 30 mins in the patient room. Ridiculous!!!!! Its my 2nd time here and the asian receptionist sees me standing at the window obviously because I need to sign in. She looks at me and walks off. Then they have these signs on window that say "please do not tap on window"....I see this must happen alot.. ..ummm maybe because they feel ignored. No customer service etiquette and or professionalism. Lets not forget, we your patients pay your salary!!!!! The worst experience at this medical office. Good doctor - very polite likable guy, but why do you have the worst scheduling in dfw? Most of our visits -we wait over a hour past our appointment in the waiting room. Then we go back and NO other patients are around. Why did we sit out front SOOO long! Then we wait in the room! Why are we waiting? There was nobody else around. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt- maybe it's an off day, but this has happened for the forth time now. I'll be finding another doctor. And as one of the other reviews said- I too am not very pleased with the seemingly annoyed people that work behind the receptionist desk. There are lots of awesome doctors with great staff members in this area- we will be going to one of them from now on. Great doctors!

I've Been a patient of Dr. Michael Dao for several years. I've also read the reviews here and I can tell you that, while, as a patient, some have complained about wait times, the doctor spends the time necessary with EACH PATIENT to analyze that patients' particular situation, to give the care that is needed. I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Dao's for at least 5 or 6 years. I find him very compassionate, caring and genuine. He cares not just about my well being but the well being of my entire family. He spends a lot of time with me when I am there and takes very good care of me. He is very personable. I agree that at the front of the office, sometimes the girls can be very rude and disinterested but I smile and try to make their day better. I love Dr. Dao and have recommended him and will again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dao for a while, tried to endure him. But, I find he is a "no hands on" doctor who only touched me one time in the years (over 2yrs) I have seen him. He does not like to fill out paperwork for disabilities or therapy or anything for that matter and will show open irritation if asked to do so. He come in stay 10 mins. advise you need to do bloodwork, write a prescription for what? Because he will not check you at all. I think this is the worst kind of doctor.

I absolutely love Dr Michael Dao and the staff has been awesome. I normally hate going to see doctors and stopped for over 10 years then diagnosed with a neurological issue and hated the doctors I had. I felt invisible to them. Dr Dao makes me feel heard and takes his time then takes action. Love this place!!

Dr. Dao's receptionist Nina is the worst receptionist I've ever encountered. She has poor manner, rude and incompetent to be in the position she was hired on for. I called about blood results and she said she has never spoken to me before. That was her second response after asking me what I needed. This is the 3rd time I've had to deal with Nina and it's been a nightmare! If she can't fulfill her duties as a receptionist then she needs to rethink her career options very throughly.
