Awful experience honestly. From the first step in it was an administrative nightmare, appointments fumbled, times mixed up. They gave me an appointment card with a time on it, called me saying I was late, an hour before my appointments. As I showed up and showed them the card they shrugged it off. They were supposed to put in a referral to have my insurance cover a tooth extraction, 3 weeks later, showed up for first invisalign liners, they didnt reach out to my insurance so had to wait for another appointment. We agreed on a price of 5500 total, but I emphasized I was moving. The reaction I got was, "We will work something out". Repeatedly. Months later it was time to move and they actually wanted me to commute 4 hours to them. When I said I have to move, they would not relinquish my liners until I paid $4000 which we never agreed on. That covered 3 appointments and the liners. Now my new orthodontist said I have to fix a lot of mistakes, another $3,000.

Flexible scheduling and great payment plan!

Love going to Dr D’Anna’s office, the staff is really friendly and they are very punctual with their appointments.

Definitely the best DDS to put braces on on Staten Island. Wonderful office staff as well.

The ultimate professional. He saved my sons teeth and now he has a Hollywood smile.

I came here with my daughter the dr was very thorough with the consultation. He has been highly recommended by my dentist and we look forward to using the Dr for her braces.

Dr. D'Anna is great at his craft and is wonderful with my son. My son's teeth are looking great! A big plus is that the office staff is as wonderful as Dr. D'Anna.

We have been with Dr. D'Anna for more than a year. The office works like a clock for the most part. There were some minor issues that were resolved almost immediately. We had some insurance issues as well, and the office manager resolved everything as she promised. I was nervous at first because I know that dealing with insurances could be very lengthy and tough, but everything was done on our behalf with our minimal involvement. The office always returns the phone calls. They always confirm appointments. My daughter had an incident where she had pain from the edges of the newly put in wires, and it was Friday late afternoon, after hours. I called the office, then the doctor who had left to New Jersey for the weekend. The doctor came to the office from New Jersey at 7 am on a Saturday morning just to fix those things for my daughter so that she could be pain free for the weekend. I decided to go to Dr Michael D'Anna when I had a terrible experience with my first orthodontist. After all these years, the only thing I regret is not going to him from the start because he is such as amazing doctor. Each time I went for a check up or to get my braces tightened, it was done with such ease. He is a wonderful doctor who really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.
