Sometimes the office is very busy but Dr. Coy takes good care of me. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring.

While I love Dr. Coy, getting in to see him is nye on impossible. Recently, I went to a quick care clinic for symptoms I was having. Turns out I had pneumonia. They wanted me to follow up with Dr. Coy in 7-10 days. I called their office and the SOONEST I could get in was 6 weeks. Is this the type of facility I want to deal with? No. Dr.Coy is awesome, but I need access to him in a timely fashion. This is by far is not the first time I tried to get into see him only to be told I would have to wait 6-8 weeks. I've been with Dr Coy at intermoutain Healthcare since 2015 and I am changing PCP care today. The doctor is ok. The office tho??? Mediocre!!!! Appointments are months of wait to get a spot to see him. Today I've been told Doctor has walkins Monday to Wednesday 745am and 1245pm. I call BEFORE driving 20mn there to confirm the walkins are available. They tell me yes. I get in my car, drive there. The front desk asked me for the reason for my visit in front of other patients waiting in the lobby which is the most idiotic thing ever. Great!!!! Now I have to share my medical issues with a whole bunch of strangers. I tell her 1 word very briefly just for her to tell me walkins are no longer given for the rest of the day. Insane!!! Most of the staff for Dr. Coy are horrible and should not be in the medical field. Not only have they messed up billing, prescriptions getting sent, they alsp do not answer their phones. When you try to get a hold of this office, you have to go through Interrmountains call center, who would then have to call the office for you. Unfortunately, 9/10, the office does not answer their phone. It's especially sad when the operator from the call line says this to you as well, while you are already fully aware. If you're going for a one time thing then you'll be fine. If you are going to go for something that might take multiple visits, and something requiring them to give you test results, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Dr. Coy is the finest and best Doctor I have ever had in my entire life. He is kind and concerned. A wonderful human being.

I have never been to this doctor but I called in January to schedule an appointment for march 7th. On February 25th they called me to tell me they needed to reschedule and the soonest I could be rescheduled is march 29th. Really upsetting and unprofessional.

He is a very kind doctor! He listens to your health problems and answers your questions. I trust his decisions and where he refers you to. I would recommend him to family and friends!

My Kids were ages 7 years through 17 when we met Doctor Coy. They're 30 - through 40 now and we still see Dr. Coy. Over the years he has provided us with high quality medical care. Not only has he provided us with expert 'routine' medical care, he has made critical, lifesaving decisions for us more than once by suspecting the cause of the medical problem and quickly getting us to the right specialist. His kindness, dedication, professionalism and experience are immediately obvious. I don't know what we would do without him!

Dr. Coy has been my dr for over 10 yrs. He truly care about his pts. Me and my husband refer everyone we know to him. He's the best!

Michael Coy's office makes you sit in the waiting room for an hour..doesn't listen much then rushes you through, talks while you're talking. Puts a band aid on your problems and sends you off to other specialists. Then when you call to find out what your results are his receptionist's are rude and give you run around. Send you to FAX machine#'s.. just to call back and not answer the phone. Its been more than A month to get a machine that our insurance already approved a month ago. DO NOT talk to Receptionist CARLA, not only does she have a BAD ATTITUDE she will give you run around, just for you to have to call back over and over and hopefully you will get William or someone else that cares for your health and well being?!! Save yourself A headache and go to someone else!

Dr. Coy actually sits down and talks to you eye to eye like he really does care. Dr. Coy is kind and a good listener. I trust him to be my family doctor.

I dont have Dr.Coy As My Dr. but hes my fathers dr. And hes so caring and listens to Fathers concerns. He's always on top of things and hes very professional i can tell that this dr. Cares dor his patients and makes me feel happy that i can trust him to be treating my father .

Dr. Coy was wonderful. He listened to my issues and asked questions to ensure he understood and then made recomendations. I could not have asked for a better interaction.

Dr. Coy is a rare gem of a doctor. He has wonderful bedside manner, keen listening skills, and is very thorough when it comes to focusing on key health concerns. Dr. Coy has been my primary doctor for about 4 years now and I love him. He has literally saved my life. I went through major depression and suffered in major pain for 25 years. He knew exactly what I needed, sent to the a wonderful pain doctor and knew exactly what to prescribe for my depression. He takes his time and really listens to what I have to say. Amazing Dr. And great staff

Dr. Coy is a wonderful doctor always takes time to answer my questions and concerns and he actually tries to find out the problem and solve it. But if he cant provide care he will refer you to someone who can.. one of the best doctors in town

There are 3 adults in my family. We have been seeing Dr. Coy for 6years. He is by far one of the best Dr.s in Las Vegas (we have fired more than a few)! Dr. Coy is very willing to work with us on our specific requests regarding each of our concerns, takes his time, I have had after hour phone calls from him on many occasions-he follows up! He is very attentive, through &caring. I work in Medicare & deal with a lot of Dr.s and their clients, I’ve done my research! We highly recommend Dr. Coy!

Dr. Coy is a nice doctor and all, but if you are experiencing anything out of the normal every day illnesses he is not the doctor for you. He is a pill pusher and trys to see you as quick as possible. It is very hard to schedule an appointment because he has hundreds of patients. I have been experience the same symptoms and pain for 4 months now and he doesn't have any answers or possible answers for me. He forgets what medication he has prescribed me and doesnt seem concerned about my pain and symptoms that i constantly have to remind him that im having. Been seeming him every two weeks hoping something will change and he will start to see that whats going on with is not normal and is affecting my life, but he just says he doesn't know and attributes symptoms to "anxiety", and tell me not to worry about it. I have been seeing Dr. Coy for a year now and am very pleased with the care he has given me. He will actually sit and listen to you something very rare in the medical field. His staff is also very polite and professional. This is very refreshing after encounters with other physicians that make you feel like it is a bother to see you. I always get appointments quickly. Dr. Coy and his staff are awesome. He gives me the time and attention I need. I've been seeing him for at least 10 years. I went in with common flu symptoms. Most doctors basically say well get bed rest, take over counter medicine. Dr. Coy was able to identify that I actually had a stomach bacteria, not a flu. I don't know how he knew that right away but I was tested and informed the next day. I was given antibiotics and was cured within a week. I'll never forget that. I always get appointments quickly. Dr. Coy sees my very large family. He is unbelievable when it comes to compassion. He has helped us through the Hospice process with our parents, even taking the time to frequently call and check up on us. He has announced pregnancies and adoptions & rejoiced with us thur those also. Dr. Coy is quick to research any issues he is not 100% sure of and humble enough to tell us when something is outside his expertise. He is encouraging and patiently listens.k His staff is wonderful too
