Called them to make a new patient appointment and told them what was going on, gave all my information and said that they would call me back soon. That was 2 weeks ago???? don’t bother calling this place if you’re looking for a new doctor

I've been with Dr. Clark for over 15 years, and I have had the best treatment and/or diagnosis and referrals I've ever had in my life. Not to also mention the staff that have also been there that entire time that remember you when you come in, and the cozy atmosphere with great music!

Absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever had. As for the person that was confused about him conducting your appointment in the hallway, my last one was done that way also. I think it's for the safety and the better air flow and the extra distance with covid. Do go back to him. You be making a big mistake if you didn't. The guy will give you all the time you need. Really listens. Often stays late with me to hear everything I have to discuss. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever had. Best Doctor in Town!!! He listens to his patients and genuinely cares for them. He is very knowledgeable with years of experience. You know you are in great hands with Dr. Clark!

I recently had a physical, I did have to wait awhile but that is to be expected. I waited in a hallway on a small uncomfortable couch. Dr Clark finally arrived for the appointment, I found it odd and strange and uncomfortable that the meeting/physical was never conducted in an actual exam room. Is that normal or typical of this particular Dr or any Dr to conduct a physical in a hallway on a couch? He was good going over my lab results and what was found,although I kept waiting or expecting to go in an actual exam room so I didnt write any of the information down that he conveyed to me. He was talking fast and I was very overwhelmed, I didnt think of writing anything down. I left feeling very confused and not exactly sure of what to focus on. Very rude front desk! Staff needs to be trained how to answer calls and actually schedule appointments

Horrible primary care doctor. My son transitioned from his pediatric to his office and my son sat with him for a physical and gave his history of seizures and medications, I also faxed a brief medical history since he is 18yr olds he is still navigating as an adult in this area and wanted to make sure the doctor had proper history. Fast forward to 2mths later, my son has what i believe was a panic attack at work and going through some depression. I understand that his seizure medication has a side affect of anxiety, depression, and other concerning things and since i am not a medical doctor to diagnose I called the office to schedule an appointment so my son could be seen and Dr. Clark can evaluate him and determine a plan if he is depressed, if the symptoms he had at work was a panic attack and if he needed to be referred out for mental health assessment he could - or even discuss any concerns with his neurologist. I was transferred to medical assistant to let her know my concerns, because i guess i couldn't just make an appointment. I am speaking with the medical assistant, not even a nurse, and she says "seizures? Keppra? we don't have anything in his chart at all that he has seizures" i told her i found that strange since my son spoke to him in person about his seizures and I also faxed over a brief medical history. She takes the message and said that either Dr. Clark or herself would call me back or call my son directly since he is 18. She calls me back 10mins later and said, "Dr. Clark said what do you want him to do about it because he does not prescribe benzo's" I have worked in the medical field for over 20yrs. I have worked with tons of doctors, nurses, APRNs, VPs in big hospitals and i have never in my life came across a doctor who dismissed a patient with possible mental health concerns and without me ever suggesting that we were drug seeking. When someone in depressed, you don't prescribe benzo's. If he would have taken a minute to look in the prescription drug monitoring database he would see that my son has NEVER in his life been on any controlled drug. My son is a high honor student and has never had any issues with authority and for a professional doctor to make the assumption that he was drug seeking is insulting and painful. I tried to speak to him personally to understand where in my conversation with his medical assistant did it sound like we were drug seeking and he was not willing to see my son to properly evaluate him and make a referral if he himself does not feel comfortable diagnosing a panic attack or depression - if that is what is going on. Dr. Clark in my professional observation is a horrible doctor to dismiss patients with possible mental health concerns and to even use the words "What do you want me to do about it" that is poor practice and I wonder how many people without support would take those words and feel lost and not know where to turn to and end up dying by suicide or turn to self medicate because a professional doctor would not take the time to see him, or even speak with him. A doctor should never assume or make any assumptions that someone is drug seeking without a proper evaluation and looking into their patterns, that is easily recorded in the state PMP data base. Although the medical assistant after i called back the next day and asked to speak to him personally, and he wouldn't, said I can make an appointment for my son and I to see him. I declined. There is absolutely no way that my son would ever see a doctor whose bed side manners is to say "what do you want me to do about it" i would not trust my pet in his care. Luckily, I was able to find providers that care and stick to their oath about helping anyone and everyone, even lets say, they are drug addicted - to evaluate my son and determine he is not suicidal and they will assess him for his other concerns. Excellent doctor!! Especially for ones like me who don't like doctors. Hard to get me to go to one. He listens and isn't at all pushy.

He's one of the most caring people. When I was taken sick on a Sunday afternoon and contacted his answering service, he phoned me straight back personally. That's typical of him

Horrible experience!!! My son was experiencing what I believe was depression and possibly a panic attack so i called his office so he can be properly diagnosed and come up with a plan and referral and I was told by his medical assistant "Dr. Clark wants to know what you want him to do about it because he doesn't prescribe Benzo's" insulting that a professional, licensed doctor would assume an 18yr is drug seeking without looking into the PMP database and determining whether there is a pattern of drug seeking. My son was looking for help to figure out what is going on with him. Not to be insulted or even be denied care. My son has epilepsy and is on seizure medications and it is the only medication my son has ever taken. Horrible doctor and horrible bed side manners. Wouldn't even talk to me to help me understand where he thought we were drug seeking.

Dr. Clark & staff are priceless"... Professional, Great atmosphere, music, accommodating, educational & conveniently located off I-91. He's been my primary for several years.

Dr. Clark has been my doctor for 10 years. I drive 40 min to see him. Worth the drive always. He is the best doctor. His patient mean everything to him. Love him and Janet at the front desk.

Great Primary Care Doctor for years

Has been my dr for years! The staff and dr clark are absolutely the best! Caring, personable and professional! They all make me look forward to my appts

I have to say, after 63 years of doctors, this doctor… Michael Clark is the most amazing! I have literally had 7 doctors attending me this year and Dr. Clark was the only one to catch something so serious, he saved my life. He is extremely attentive, with superb analytical diagnosis skills and is most pleasant. In addition, the office staff are warm and pleasant, as is the waiting room. You are in luck, as he is currently taking new patients!

This doctor schedules appointments but never actually sees the patient on their appointed time. You will always wait at least an hour to see him. Our time is valuable, but it seems like he is more concerned about making money off our insurance companies by scheduling as many appointments as he possibly can. Sometimes he's doesn't even show up on time when patients are waiting for an appointment. Save your time and find another doctor. Dr. Clark sees patients 7 days a week and spends time with me, discussing results in detail and answers questions. Don't find docs like him much anymore.

I have been a patient of Dr Mikes for over 5 years. Both my husband and I love him and his staff. They are always available to help you. The front desk staff is alwaus the top help. Much empathy and compassion from all there at the office.

If I'm 2nd one in the door it shouldn't take 60+minutes to be seen for 5 minutes by a guy who's on his laptop more than he's talking/examining you face to face, nearly an hour since your name called only to sit on a couch in hall. Got antibiotics and water pills for leg swelling + infection. Went for followup w/ concerns but was dismissed w/o being examined at last visit. 3+yrs later leg is still 2x the size as b4. Very mechanical.

Love Dr. Clark... Great Doctor for helping with my issues of addictions, he has helped and encourage me, every step of the way & God's intervention I have made great progress.... & It was certainly divine intervention that led me to Dr. Clark, & his medical assistants & staff are all phenomenal people. & his office atmosphere is calming, clean, comfortable, educational, inspiring with great Wall art & music....
