Dr. Michael Y Chee

I am single mother of a tracheotomy 1 year old who was scheduled to have a bronchoscopy March 9th @7a. OR Nurses took my baby at 8a brought him back at 10a and we was discharged from the recovery room @11:40a. I felt rushed. The procedure and recovery was fast. Camari came home with me Irritable , weaning the anesthesia off his body. Dr Chee and his team didn’t have no knowledge with caring for my son condition. He didn’t take any precautions with the fact that my child has a lot of serious health issues. My child has a heart disease and a rare syndrome called CHARGE. The hospital didn’t have any MED supplies. Dr Chee discussed with me about my son health condition in the hallway briefly after surgery, as if he didn’t have any serious concerns or observation. March 10th I brought my son back to the hospital because he suffering from pneumonia in his lungs caused from the surgery, that was told to me from his cardiologist.. My son was suctioned until blood was coming out of trachea.

Dr Chee is an amazing pediatric doctor 10/10 recommend! Great experience my 9 year old had surgery and Dr Chee was great!!

I would give him 10 stars if I could. My 14 month old daughter got a hanger stuck in her mouth and Dr. Chee was called into the ER to help. He was the most confident doctor I have ever seen. I was petrified, although to him it seemed to be business as usual in the best way possible. I knew that she was in the most capable hands I could have prayed for. Dr.chee was very nice and understanding and patient with my child. He took the time to answer and explain..highly recommend him. Thank you and also his staff and front desk

I was highly recommended by my pediatrician about Dr Chee. Hoping to get his opinion for my kid I called them to book an appt and there was a two month wait. I still booked and waited for 2 months hoping to meet the doctor. However, we were surprised at the how unprofessionally our appointment was handled. Dr Chee did not show up. He did not meet us at all and instead sent someone else. I do not have a problem with the diagnosis/feedback/advice that the other person provided. However I was looking forward to meeting the doctor especially after the wait. His office could’ve handled it better and could’ve informed me that Dr Chee wasn’t available and I would’ve either rescheduled or canceled. I wouldn’t have wasted entire two months waiting to get an opinion from Dr Chee. While walking out I did see doctor in another room with no patient. For some reason we weren’t important enough as we weren’t his regular patients. Hope he treats everyone equally and works on honoring his appointments

He was very thorough with us, explained everything, and was happy to answer any questions we had! The office was clean, staff was friendly, and we waited about 5 minutes.

Dr. Chee is great! He’s very professional and detailed. My 6 year old son had sleep apnea and surgery was recommended. He did the surgery six months ago. He’s been doing well ever since! Best decision ever! His office team was very helpful in every way. 10/2018

Dr. Chee is fantastic! Great experience all around. Will not go anywhere else and will refer anyone I know to him.
