He is so nice and professional. My mom had her surgery for prolapsed bladder. He worked her in the schedule since she lives out of town and was having a Christmas break. She works in the school system in east Texas. She is still having good results!

This doctor even called his wife to postpone his family vacation to do my surgery. I call that dedication and care for his patients. I totally recommend him.

Office staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr. Carley is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains everything, and answers all your questions. I had a hysterectomy, and urethral sling surgery, recently, and am so thankful for Dr. Carley. He greatly improved my quality of life!! Dr. Carley is the absolute best. I cannot say enough good things about him. His bedside manner is impeccable. He is extremely gentle and he truly listens. He is thorough. I was hesitant at first with surgery, *because it’s surgery*, but I don’t regret it one bit. He explained everything well, and what to expect. Before surgery, he even called the weekend before to make sure all my questions were answered. And when I called the nurse, and was having difficulty controlling pain, he ended up calling me back, and we got a better solution on board. Doctors who talk to their patients are so few and far between. If you are having prolapse issues, he can absolutely help. And your quality of life will be so much better for it. Dr Carley was extremely kind, caring and professional. His knowledge of what I needed done was explained in a way that I had no trouble understanding. It’s been 7 years since my procedure was done and I have no problems since. Thank you for the wonderful job????????

Excellent staff at this place. They were all so considerate of my hearing loss and made me feel comfortable. He was very thorough and explained clearly what he was doing and would need to do.

I am completely satisfied with the results of my visits with Dr. CARLEY and have recommended him to friends who might need his expertise. He is kind, understanding and not only skilled but empathetic. He took time to explain until I understood exactly what was going on to both my husband and I and how he would correct my issues.

I give Dr Michael Carley. He is kind, spends time with the patient making sure that they understand exactly what is happening to cause their embarrassment and discomfort. I wod and do recommend him to every woman that I know with incontinence problems.

He is thorough and knows his field. He listens, asks questions and answers the questions I have. The surgery was excellent and the recovery has been the same. I would highly recommend him to my friends and have already done so.

Dr. Carly has excellent bedside manners. He is caring and spends time explaining everything. I would not go to anyone else. Highly reccomend him and the entire Practice.

Heard great things about this physician but will not find out how great as they require a referral even though my insurance does not. I will not pay a copay for another physician to send over a piece of paper to say I think she needs to see you.

I love love love Dr. Carley! He Is very personable and concerned with helping treat problems you may be having. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have about a procedure, or explains in detail what a procedure will entail. There are not too many doctors who will spend time with you to make sure all your questions have been answered and that you are at ease with a treatment plan.

Easy Breezy. No referral necessary. Dr. Carley is super and had me fixed in 2 weeks with a problem I had for 10 years! Tyler physicians said I was not a candidate for treatment. Love, Love Dr. Carley.

After 20 years, Was given the name of a Dr. That truly cares. 20 years ago I underwent a hysterectomy and placesment of a bladderneck suspension, which left me with one of the lines holding it pocking thru my vaginal wall, cousing pain and damadge, to a point of painful irritation to my bladder. Dr. Carley fixed this. As he said he would. Now I have no pain or irritation. I am honored to find a Dr. Who is honest and can do the job right. I Recommend him highly, and will continue, in his care.

I had surgery with Dr. Carley in Nov. of 2017. I am a 52 year-old female and had been seeing him for urinary stress incontinence. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery and my whole experience with Dr. Carley! I didn't have any complications from surgery and healed very well at home. The results are superb! When I cough, or sneeze, my husband and I look at each other and say, "No pee!" Hahaha! Dr. Carley is extremely competent and knowledgable. He's the very best!! You can trust him

Dr. Carley is a great physician! His bedside manner is superb, he spent a great deal of time discussing my condition with me and making sure all of my questions were answered. I did not realize that there are so many options other than surgery to treat my problems. I only had to wait 5 minutes prior to being seen and his staff is great! I'd highly recommend him!!!

I saw him for pain during intercourse. He said he would treat it through several medications but then insisted I had incontinance (even though I didn't think I did and "treated" me for it with an experimental method that cost me more than $600. over the substantial amount my insurance paid.. He never treated my sexual pain and reneged on the medications he said we could try for it.. It seemed like a racket to make the most money he could. Other negatives but no room to write it.

Exam room was dirty. Had to wait about 2 hours to be seen. Surgery wasn't done properly, so had to have a follow up to fix it. Worst doctor I have ever been to!

Dr Carley preformed my hysterectomy almost 2 weeks ago. I had only met him one time before surgery so I was nervous. I have many health issues which is why I was sent to a specialist in a bigger city. He was very kind and very reassuring to me. He called me personally the night before surgery to ask if I was okay or if I had questions. He saw me before surgery and before I was discharged. I have been to see Dr Carley on two occasions. On both occasions the wait time was more than 2 hours. There was no apology from anyone and both times my consultation took less than 10 mins. My husband was furious that we had to take time off work and spend close to 2.5hrs just to be seen for 10 mins. He might be a competent doctor but due to the ridiculous waiting hours we will definitely not be going back to him.

Ten years ago, after 4 failed surgeries for bladder suspension, I found Dr. Carley. He was able to repair it in one surgery that is still holding today (2016). I'm currently seeing him again for a different issue and it's already significantly improved. This is the best urogynecologist in Texas!
