Dr. Bublik is a true professional with a great team that helps support whatever is needed. Highly recommend with assurance that he and his team will always work hard to serve patients and clients' needs.

Extremely disappointed in this doctor practice! Beware in dealing with them as I went in for a consultation referred by my provider and in return get a large bill that should have been covered by insurance. They immediately sent it to collection and apply a derogatory mark on my credit report. The collection company passed me off to deal directly with their office, the office passed me off to their billing, their billing passed me off to deal with the insurance company, who ultimately tells me to go back and deal with the doctor's office! No one can help me resolve this!! My credit score has dropped 100pts because of this and choosing to see Dr. Bublik is one of the biggest regrets I've had. I went in for a consultation that was billed for $780, which the insurance did not accept. His solution is to send to collection so that you are forced to pay money that was not worth the visit. His office confirmed prior to booking the consultation that they were in my network and accepted my insurance. They misled me to believe I had coverage to get me in and then bill the atrocious fee. He then sends the fee to collection and if you can't pay the unrealistic amount, your credit gets ruined. If you want to avoid getting the run around dealing with their office, separate billing office, insurance company, credit bureaus, collection agency, and making your life miserable, then stay away from Dr. Bublik. Very disappointed with my experience.

My appointment time was at 1 pm. I specifically planned the visit during my lunch break at work. At 2:10 pm, the doctor still doesn't show up. I was super late for work, so I had to leave. The two stars are for his assistant who attended to me and was lovely. Dr Bublik walked in and after meeting me for two minutes told me I might have an incurable disease without checking for anything else, and sent me on my way within about five minutes. Long overdue review, but I needed to wait since rhino surgery takes times to heal and I wanted to have all the facts. Basically it did not work out, since I still have problems in breathing and the bone grew back as it was before. Even if that is part of the possible outcomes of surgery and that's why you sign all the paperwork in advance, not happy with the outcome. In addition the insurance covered much less than promised, and they billed at maximum ( my initial consultation was almost a thousand dollars); I specifically asked for the anesthesiologist if he was covered and the doctor told me yes that he was a friend , but that was not the case, because they billed me directly without even going to trough the insurance. If you go to this place ask for a written and signed estimate up front (also for the consultation). In summary for me, a lot of time, pain and money for not much results. I've been a life long sufferer of allergies and chronic stuffy nose since I was a teenager (I'm now 40). It's been bothering me for so long, it was just a part of living. Throughout my adult life, I've started to developing loud snoring and sleep apnea. It got to the point where I was constantly tired, I would wake up with anxiety, and my wife couldn't sleep because of my snoring. Allergy pills didn't help all that much. The CPAP machine didn't help too much because I would always take it off during the night. But what I did notice is breathing through my nose was gradually getting more difficult. Then I had a friend tell me about her nose surgery and she was getting because of sleep apnea. As she was telling me her story, I realized her symptoms were the same as my symptoms. So I went to go see her surgeon, Dr. Michael Bublik. After a consultation, it was confirmed I had a deviated septum. I got a CT scan and finally got to see how crooked the inside of nose was. I had surgery in June 2020 to get everything fixed and cleaned up. I apparently had a lot of polyps too. I'll have to say it was the best decision of my life. Once you gain the ability to breathe thru your nose like a normal human being is when you realize how dysfunctional life has been for the past 25 years. Since the surgery, I am not dependent on naps during the day, I wake up with energy, and I have energy to play with my kids. Everyone in the office was great and was willing to help in every step of the way. Stephen, the Physician's Assistant, always made time to answer all my questions. I’m very happy that I’ve found Dr. Bublik because him and his staff have been amazing. Arpee (his medical assistant) and Stephen (his PA) always take care of me and I couldn’t recommend them more. Dr. Bublik is the best. I’ve been to several ENT specialists and he was the first doctor to find why I couldn’t breathe through my nose for years, it was a really deviated septum. He corrected it for me as well and I’ve never been able to breathe better in my life! I highly recommend him, he has changed my life.

I visited this place early in the year, everything seemed to be good, all the bills paid. Some 8-10 months later they send me a bill for $25. The only problem was that I no longer was living at that address and didn’t even have the same insurance. I moved out of LA. Thankfully, the new residents of my old apartment did send me the bill and I paid it off. But what if they didn’t notify me? This would’ve been sent to a collection agency, I’m assuming. I have MCS and Mast Cell Activaton Disorder. Tried to see this ENT, but the whole office smelled like chemicals— no ventilation. As someone with multiple chemical allergies, it started to give me an asthma attack. Doesn’t really make sense for an allergist/ENT office not to have clean air? If you don’t have any allergies, the air would probably be fine for you though. The whole building the air smells a bit stale, but their office particularly the lack of ventilation was especially bad. Office staff seemed nice though! Dr. Bublick was the only one that was able to fix my problem. No hidden fees, and for the first time I can breathe out of my nose. He is great, and the only one I would trust for any surgery of this type. Cheers to him for being so professional, competent, and honest.

I had been coming to Dr. Bublik for my allergies. They suggested Allergy shots so i started on them.. I then stopped going because my immune system had gone down. Great doctor, had great experience. Everything was explained before surgery, and all insurance was taken care of for me. The estimated patient portion was discussed ahead of time. Doctor followed up with me personally, that was a nice touch.

I have been suffering from nasal congestion due to sinus problems for two years, wasn't able to smell or taste anything, in absolute misery. None of the five ENT doctors I have seen in the past two years recommended the surgical procedure I desperately needed except Dr. Bublik, he was the only one who knew exactly what was wrong with my sinuses and how to fix it. I had a small procedure in his office and was sent home the same day. I was able to breath through my nose for the first time in two years the day after the procedure! Dr. Bublik is extremely overpriced. He billed considerably more for visits and procedures than my new doctor--for example he charged $670 for an endoscopy while my new doctor charged $260. I was still in the waiting room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I then waited longer in the examining room and was eventually greeted by Dr. Bublik's assistant. I told him my symptoms and he left the room and relayed them to Dr. Bublik. Not a very personal experience. Dr. Bublik's recommendation for my symptoms was an in-office procedure that costs nearly $9,000, 10% of which I'd be responsible for per Blue Cross. After waiting nearly two weeks BC rejected the procedure, saying a patient needs to satisfy four criteria before being approved and I didn't satisfy a single one. I can't imagine Dr. Bublik didn't know this. If you're looking for personalized, efficient care at a reasonable cost stay away from Dr. Bublik.

Dr. Bublik was straightforward and thoughtful, and even did an in-office procedure with me that very same appointment. I was surprised how quickly the issue was resolved.

Best ENT doctor i have ever been to. I am RN and I have been to numerous ENT doctors fort sinusitis, vertigo and an ongoing feeling of pressure in my ear. I am usually told to have diagnostic imaging and placed on antibiotics and dx with a sinus infection. Dr, Bublik took the time to look deeper into my symptoms and recommended allergy testing. The root of my ongoing sinusitis was discovered and dealt with. he then scheduled me for diagnostic imaging to prepare me for sugary on my sinuses to finally fix the ongoing problem to eliminate the infection and prevent infections in the future. Amazing doctor who is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Bublik suggested surgery for me. After nearly 8 months post surgery, I can say it was life changing and I am very thankful to him and his team for a job well done. The staff cannot be more kind, understanding , and completely on top of things in an office.

Dr. Bublik made me feel comfortable instantly and resolved an excess earwax issue that was bothering me for years. After trying different methods that were either ineffective or painful, I finally got relief within 10 minutes of Dr.Bublik looking at my ear and moving the wax out. Worth going to a professional! I had terrible sinus problems and couldn't trust any doctor to do the surgery. A month ago my cousin recommended Dr. Bublik and I was very pleased how attentive and caring the doctor was. He recommended minimally invasive balloon sinuplasty, which is done while you are awake and we were able to schedule my procedure for following week( thanks to Veronica, surgery coordinator). The procedure took about an hour and I was awake for the whole time! No pain at all! Recovery was very simple as well, next day you can go to work and get back to your normal schedule. I struggled with chronic sinusitis for years and finally went to see Dr. Bublik to treat my condition. He is extremely nice and caring doctor. My procedure was schedule within week and I am able to breathe normally. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

DR.BUBLIK IS A SKILLED, CARING AND COMPASSIONATE PROFESSIONAL.

Dr. Bublik told me accepted blue diss and subsequent visits if there were complications were included. Dr. Bublik misrepresented the facts surrounding billing and was not appropriate in terms of addressing the complications associated with the procedure he performed.. after more than 10 visits and 10 infections in the surgical site after a two year period I was slapped with a $5000 bill rw the complications. I'm so grateful for having found Dr. Bublik! After going from doctor to doctor for the past year and getting no relief for my various symptoms, my new primary care provider referred me to Dr. Bublik. Dr. Bublik patiently listened to me, performed a careful exam and prescribed new medications. for my Sinusitis. .Under Dr. Bublik's care, I finally found relief for my annoying cough and congestion, I'm once again able to enjoy my family and my work.
