Dr. Boustany is an incredible endocrinologist surgeon and person! He really makes sure his patients feel comfortable and understood at all times. He is the only doctor who truly sought to find out a diagnosis for me and create a solid treatment plan! I couldn’t ask for a better doctor in my corner. I pray he continues to always listen to his patients because it has been so nice and comforting to be heard for the first time in years! THANK you Dr. Boustany!

First time visit for me the staff were so friendly and nice. When Doctor Boustany first walked in the room he was so nice and made me feel at ease and he explained everything to me that I could understand what was going on with my thyroid. When he said the word biopsy to me I panicked a little but his hands were very gentle and it wasn't bad at all. Dr. Boustany is one of a kind. Great doctor!

I had a thyroid disease that went untraced for a few years . Dr. Boustany found it quick and acted fast to help me get better . The incision is small and I feel amazing now . Not only is he an amazing doctor , this man is an absolute pure and awesome human being. If you’re having issues….don’t hesitate to get it looked at, most definitely the best decision I’ve made.

Dr Boustany performed my thyroidectomy a couple years ago. Wonderful experience. He has a great bedside manner, and is highly skilled. I was barely left with a scar, and it keeps fading. I would recommend Dr Boustany to anyone requiring the types of surgery he specializes in.

My first -time surgery was made so easy by the manners of this doctor. He has a wonderful way of making his patients feel at ease and explaining all details in a personal way. His kindness shines through the gentle smile he wears. If I have to have surgery again, this is the doctor I want.

I had a colonoscopy this morning by Dr Boustany. The whole process, from the nurses, the nurse anesthetist, the person asking for my medical background and everything else, was first-rate. Really enjoyed the visit and the colonoscopy itself went very well. No weird side effects and Dr Boustany was very comprehensive in his review of the procedure and what they found. Cannot recommend him any higher. the examination room was spotless and everything appeared to be very new and state-of-the-art. Just an excellent experience. We absolutely loved Dr. Boustani. He is very personable. He made us feel comfortable about my wife’s thyroidectomy. He explained everything to us prior to surgery. We will definitely return to him if we need any future surgeries. Wonderful surgeon.

Our first visit was a nice visit with the nurse that use to live in Calhoun county. The nurse was very nice and personable. My granny had a mass removed from her breast in which after the surgery dr boustany stated he would discuss the results with the FAMILY at her appointment. At that appointment per the "office manager" they only allowed one person back with my granny , which the other short black haired nurse was very rude about it. my granny ended up have breast cancer and with that stated

I had a total thyroidectomy in March of 2018. I was having trouble swallowing and breathing while laying down. I was recommended to Dr. Boustany, already scared to death since all surgeons are scalpel happy. But after meeting Dr. Boustany he assured me this is the best course of action. He showed on my first impression a positive bedside manner, very knowledgeable and had plenty of patience. I went to my first appointment with him two pages worth of questions. He did not disregard me when I asked for him to answer them. He stood there next to me gave me a pen and answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I HAD. I honestly was shocked by him taking time out of his day to talk to me and calm down all my fears. I had surgery two weeks later and he met with me before and after to make sure I was okay and to check on me. He also met with me the day I left since I had to stay overnight. He is truly an amazing doctor and person. I could not have chosen a better surgeon to operate on my for the first time. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone in the Charleston, WV area and surrounding. It was the best decision I every made and I know he makes other patients feel the same. I was going over my credit report and noticed a $21 derogatory remark from Dr. Boustany. I sent the payment that day, called and asked they please call the collection agency to remove the remark. Yesterday I see it's still listed, I call explain to the billing lady, she then makes me go through the whole conversation with the office manager again who was extremely disinterested in helping me and told me I was "Nasty"....#incompetetance -inability to do something successfully; ineptitude. Be wary

He is a very smart dr with good bedside manner. I seen him on December 7 and had he removed my Gallbladder on December 8. The staff at Thomas memorial were fast , friendly and happy to help.

Dr. Boustany was my first surgical experience. Not only an excellently skilled surgeon, but a great listener and marvelous man of patience. Additionally, the office staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful, too.
