I've been a patient of Dr. Bird for 29 years. He is very knowledgeable and he's a great communicator. I appreciate the time he spends talking to me to make sure he has all the information he needs. He is an excellent physician.

Congratulations on the Health Connect article about Food Power! We have been following some major parts of Dr. Joel Fuhrman for several years with great results! We make our own soups from scratch, our own hot breakfast cereal from scratch and being in our seventies with no meds. except daily supplements much of our credit goes to Dr Fuhrman!
