Exlent bed side manners. Seemed very thorough y observant. Did minor surgery on two parts of body, and felt no pain!

YOU AND YOUR SYSTEM STINK!!! I DID NOT SEE DR. BINDER, THE PLASTIC SURGEON, I SAW BENDER THE MALE NURSE....
4 weeks after doing the surgery I ended up transferring to the Cleveland clinic because his office was never available when I was having complications. Bone was set incorrectly and pins were put into soft tissue. I have significant nerve damage and have no use of my finger at all. Therapy is not helping and I need surgery again. I am a nurse and need my hands to care for my patients. 2 months off work and counting... Very sad and disappointed in the care I received. Receptionist is very rude!
Extraordinaire reconstruction specialist on damaged hand returned full function and it looks great. Pleasant , easy to talk to, answers questions, i never felt rushed or depersonalized. he even has a sense of humor, not stuck-up or arrogant
