One of the worst office staff I have seen

Michael Bertos is a knowledgeable doctor and the only reason for 2 stars. His staff however consistently have had communication over the many years I've seen him. I received a text confirming my appointment. I get to the office on the appointment day, we called you earlier this week to cancel. I asked date and time. They gave me the same time I received the text confirming, stating they called twice...I confirmed my number. So I can get confirmation textn but not a cancelation?!?! No apology, just we can give you his next appointment 1.5 months out... I already waited about 6 months for this appointment, and drove approximately 1 hour. If your time is valuable you likely should look elsewhere.

In all of my visits I have been satisfied and I trust Dr. Bertos.

Always feel rushed lately. I've been seeing Dr. Bertos for 15 years plus. The last few years, he hasn't been himself. I was just there for my yearly physical and although he still seems caring to a certain point, it also seems that when your time is up, you're done and so is he and he's out of the examining room! So much so that he even forgot to write down some of the blood work he mentioned he wanted to be done but wasn't and now I have to go back again for more bloodwork and maybe fasting once again. Very frustrating.

Dr. Bertos has been my doctor for most of my adult life. I trust him and his staff. They are caring and responsive. Dr. Bertos is up on the latest treatments and he takes a careful clinical approach.

He is an amazing doctor! He takes the time to listen to your issues (both medical and personal) and is very attentive to your care. I've been seeing him since I was 10-years-old (I'm almost 30 now) and he's always had my best interest. I highly recommend going to see him if you're looking for a local doctor in Middlesex county!

Bad. Very unprofessional. He was the covering physician for my sister's doctor. I tried to reach him to discuss a serious concern I had with my sister's care at Northwood rehab in Lowell. He had a staff member from that facility call me back to tell me to stop bothering him. She cannot advocate for herself and I am her health care proxy. Very discourteous and uncaring.

He cares for my family and is an excellent physician

The Very Best Ever. I am disappointed to learn that he has moved to Westford because it is very difficult for me to get transportation to the new office. I tell everyone what a great doctor he is but hope he doesn't get so busy he won't have time for me. I am not leaving my name but he says I am going to live to 105, so he will know who I am.

HE IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. HE LISTENS WHEN YOU SPEAK,ADDRESSES YOUR CONCERNS. I FOUND HIM THRU MY CARDIO DOC BECAUSE THE DOC. I SAW FOR 15 YEARS MADE TOO MANY WRONG DIAGNOSIS.I HAVE CANCER AND HE IS ON TOP OF MY TREATMENT AND SENDS ME FOR SCANS,ETC. TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WELL.

Dr Bertos is great, their admin staff is very difficult to work with along with very poor follow up with admin team. Sue is very difficult, unpleasant and quite rude/impatient on the phone. Calling for an ederly person with late stage cancer Sue was rude, unpleasant and no compassion. Waited 4 days for prescription to be refilled and then they sent it to wrong Pharmacy....ridiculous.

Dr Michael Bertos was recommend to me by one of my other Doctors , as a primary care physician .... I absolutely love my Doctor He's the best ever . I don't want everyone running to him . So I will say that for myself and MY NEEDS , I found the best Doctor for me ! Hes very Adorable , tall , dark and extremely handsome! So ladies be warned if you are meeting him for the 1st time . I remembe when I met him , I must have turned a 100 diffrent shades of red ! Hes been my PCP for 20 years

I have had fibromyalgia since 2001 and finally diagnosed the middle of 2002. Had to leave my job. I was on my 3rd doctor, but he was old and i don't think he understood. My blood pressure fluctuated from normal to real high. I came to see Dr. Bertos and he knew exactly what to do. My blood pressure is always normal. It was a blessing to find Dr. Bertos.
