Dr Aron , helped me with my trigger thumb by giving me an injection and it has helped since fall .

Had frozen shoulder... He identified there were NO SERIOUS ISSUES... sent me to physical therapy... Monitor improvement...gave me anti-inflammatory meds to help me do the PT. No pain killers...no surgery needed.

I broke my wrist and Dr. Aron operated on me. I am on my way to recovery. He and his Staff are Wonderful to work in every way. I highly recommend him.

excellent care the whole experience was great

Great office staff. Dr Aaron is personable, kind and attentive. I had 2 carpel tunnel surgeries (left hand and right hand) he did a great job with little scaring.

I had no problems with the doctor or the St. Francis OR staff. All seemed to be working efficiently. I did, however, have issues with some of the staff. No fewer than 3 people called me ahead of surgery with questions to answer (some of the same questions repeatedly). Yet when I came to check-in, they had no phone number listed for my contact. Since I was told to keep my valuables at home, I left my cellphone home and they wouldn't admit me without a number. After scrambling to call a friend for the contact's cellphone number, the issue was finally resolved. They had me come in for 1 p.m, and the nurses had me ready to go into the OR before 2 p.m. Yet I wasn't wheeled in to surgery till 3:45. So I had a 3 3/4 hrs. wait for a 15 min. surgery. It wasn't because they were very busy either. Why? I had no problems with the doctor or the St. Francis OR staff. All seemed to be working efficiently. Great staff, Amazing Doctor. I Had RC surgery on left shoulder and the procedure and healing process was painless. May sound crazy, but looking forward to fixing right shoulder so i can get back to being active.

I would highly recommend Dr. Aron. He did an excellent job repairing severed tendons in my finger. He is very experienced, highly knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. He explained the injury, surgery and recovery very thoroughly, and his post-surgery follow-up has been excellent. His staff is a pleasure to deal with.

My experience with Dr. Aron has been incredible. He has performed several procedures on me and each time he and his staff have been great to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Aron for any hand or wrist problems.

I had broke my left wrist last March dancing around living room tripped and CRUNCH!! Went r To Htfd Heath urgent care then Too a Ortho Place Manchester I was refered too Dr Aaron from them!! Why not just send ME too him 1st place!! Surgey was delayed 2 weeks because of not getting any where the Dr's at Other Clinical Place!! Went too see Dr Aaron and off and. When I met Dr Aron, I told him, if possible, I would like a non-surgical approach for my fractured wrist. He looked at it and gave a good natured chuckle; I mean, it was a ‘displaced’ fracture and looked like an exit ramp on a highway. So, I let him take over, and he got me into surgery quickly, and my arm is straight again. The incision looked, and continues to look, great. I have full movement, full sensation; feel like he gave me my arm back. The entire process has been quick, courteous, free of any complications. I feel very fortunate and very grateful. Dr. Aron is a great dr!! He has performed carpal tunnel on both my hands. He’s a very nice and patient man and his office visits are on time and quick. I highly recommend him!!

I recently had surgery on my finger to fix a broken bone. Dr. Aron and his staff were extremely helpful with the whole process from beginning to end. There was no delay in getting my surgery and the recovery has been going very well thus far. Would definitely recommend to family, friend and others.

Dr Aron listens, and works with you. He asked if I was willing to try something and I said no, and there was no forcing the issue. So he said surgery and I agreed, so I’m having a torn rotator cuff fixed.

I had two prior shoulder surgeries by a different doctor. My right shoulder never fully recovered and it took 5 years to finally get it fixed. My rheumatologist wanted an exploratory surgery before treating me with strong medication for RA. Several surgeons he contacted would not operate on me, arguing surgery wasn't necessary. Dr. Aron was the one that finally agreed to do it and take a look. The surgery went flawlessly, no issues. He told me he took care of quite a bit of inflammation in my shoulder and explained that was the source of my intense consistent pain and lack of motion. I am now going on 6 months of pain free recovery, it's the best I have felt in YEARS. If it wasn't for Dr. Aron agreeing to take on my case I would still be in horrible pain and extremely frustrated. I highly recommend him for any issues you may be having.

Would not recommend. I have no idea if he is a good doctor or not but he did not have my best interests at heart. He has no bedside manner and made me feel like I was a bother to him. He had seen a CT-scan before he even met me and had already pre-judged the situation. The CT scan results were negative. The hospital had put a splint on my arm and he told me to take it off like I was just wasting his time. He sent me for "new x-rays" and acted surprised when he found the fracture. He put me in a soft cast and I saw him two weeks later. At week 3, he wanted to take the soft cast off, replace it with a removable cast and send me to physical therapy. At three weeks from the time of the fall?? When I put my foot down and asked for a hard cast, he had someone else do it and I didn't see him again. When I left, I was given my follow up appt. I had no say about when the appointment was. I am used to seeing the receptionist and she would say that the doctor wanted to see me in two weeks and what would be the best date and/or time. Nope, I was just to be there. Two days later, I called them asking to pick up a CD of my x-rays and I got the run around. Later that afternoon they called to say they were burning it now. I left work and went straight there to pick it up. I had already made an appointment for a second opinion. The new doctor's staff went out of their way to get me in asap. The new doctor was amazing. He and his staff were exceptional. The next day, I called Dr. Aron's office to cancel my next appt. and told them that I chose a new doctor. Stand up for yourself. Don't let any doctor intimidate you or bully you. They are really not gods although they think they are.

Went to Dr. Aaron March 2020 for trigger finger he gave me an injection for trigger finger. Three weeks later my hand swelled and rash terrible pain ER said cellulitis see hand surgeon went back to Aaron at St. Francis he opened a disposable packet of antibiotic cream smeared it on the rash with the package covering and put a bandaid in it. Will never go back to him. Went to primary MD and second opinion from a different hand surgeon.

He was considerate and explained everything well. He took his time and was very nice.

I cut my hand and I saw another doctor I did no like. He explained al my options and he spent the time to talk to me and explain things. I had surgery and everything went well. He was great.

I'll never go to him again. I went to Dr. Aron on January 18th of 2019 with a trigger finger. Dr. Aron had me place my hand upside down on a hard surface and jabbed a syringe into my hand where the finger meets the hand. I screamed in pain. He didn't say anything and left the room. Over nine months later and it still hurts where the needle hit the bone. Plus I still have the trigger finger.

Dr. Aron did surgery on both my hands for carpal tunnel. I was in no pain and there was absolutely no visible or otherwise scars. He’s super friendly, conversational, polite and fun. He make you feel like family. About a year or so after my release my hands started giving trouble I went back to see him and found him not to be there anymore. Fortunately I went back to follow up with the new doctor and learned he was once again practicing and where he is located. I would love to see my favorite surgeon again. Gonna schedule a visit. I recently broke my wrist and the emergency room wanted to send me to their surgeon. Instead I called the office of Dr. Michael Aron. I had never met him but knew of him as part of Dr. Paul Murray's office. He was completely honest sat down and explained everything, and answered all the stupid questions and concerns. You always knew that he was listening to your concerns. His bedside manor is refreshing and calming. He puts you at ease immediately. He has a sense of humor that will also put you at ease. Dr. Aron treated my husband's shoulder pain, we thought he'd need surgery but Dr. Aron took a conservative approach, no surgery and he's been pain free for four years! In addition, he treated my neck pain, again no surgery, with fantastic results. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Aron. He was polite, down to earth and listened to my concerns. It is quite rare to find a doctor that listens and makes sure you understand what exactly is going on.
