Let me just say i did not have a great experience i felt dismissed i had been having issues with my sinuses and he pretty much looked at me and said he does not see anything wrong, he also scared me out of getting my tonsils removed. i wanted a CT scan of my sinuses and he felt that it was not needed i ended up getting one on my own and found out that i have a sinus abnormality. i do not think he truly took in what i was telling him at all he just recommended an allergy test which would not determine anything happening now. Also did i mention there was another patient in the lobby area coughing his lungs out we are still in a pandemic. In addition i am not coming back to this practice. honestly he gets no stars from me but i had to give this post a star in order to post this. For my Tonsils he also mentioned that even if they are touching " i would not die." Very clean and safe. Did not wait a long time in the car. I appreciate the safety measures the office has in place!

Dr Arenstein and his team are exceptional! The precautions the cleanliness during the pandemic and before make some feel really safe. He was the only doctor willing to see me in person after explaining my condition. He is an excellent doctor and deserves an medal.

The Doc takes his time to ask your history, and relate it to your custom care. He is very attentive and caring, very humane and sensitive to his patients fears, needs and concerns. His support staffs are equally very cordial and respectful. Top notch in their customer care. Their tone of voice, and manners where just very professional, I left the place feeling very happy about myself. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone seeking for a good ENT doctor, he is very good indeed, both in his discipline and his human approach. Dr. Arenstein has been my ENT doctor since the late 1990's! Dr. Arenstein successfully diagnosed my debilitating inner-ear condition when several other physicians were unable to figure it out! I have always admired Dr. Arenstein's unflappable calm demeanor and clear spoken communications style! Dr. Arenstein is an excellent listener!

Dr Arenstein is the most empathetic ,friendly and very thorough and dedicated doctor . He is excellent . He has helped me numerous times to overcome terrible Upper Resp and Bronchitis in choosing the best treatment for me. I would recommend him to my family. He has already seen one of my daughter’s and he is very kind and is family oriented . I am grateful for all his help . I am very disappointed I took my son to him twice and after both visits and analysis he said he does not know why my son have the sore throat. Also he did some kind of the procedure which later i find out was not covered my BCBG insuarance and no one told me at the office before the procedure after they sent me an additional bill for 110.00 . When i ask the doctor to call me and talk to me about my son he NEVER called back. Very nice and made me feel at ease. I had strep throat for over 7 months. It got to the point that I needed surgery to have tonsils removed. He told me the what's, why's and how's. He did the surgery and I was recovered in a few weeks. (It takes longer for adults.) I have had a drainage problem ever since the surgery but I have always had allergy issues. I am going back for a visit after almost a year, just to have that looked at for the 1st time since the surgery. He has a great bedside manner. Very nice and made me feel at ease. I had a 3 p.m. appointment in his office on Oct. 31, 2016. By 3:55 p.m. Dr. Arenstein had still not appeared. I advised the front desk 1) I was livid for being made to wait so long; 2) I was leaving their offices; and 3) They had best not charge me or my insurance for this visit. When I came in they had me sign a form that said I would pay a fee to the doctor, if I did not show up for the appointment (fair enough). When I asked if I would be paid for my lost time, I got a blank stare.

I made an appointment for my 93 year old friend. It is difficult to get her up and out of the house. I downloaded and completed all of the forms in advance, but in trying to manage her into the car (with her nurse), forgot her insurance card. I had all insurance information and tried to have them exam and clean her ears while I went back for the insurance card but they refused. I find the lack of compassion and understanding to be disrespectful and could never recommend this group of doctors
