If I could post no stars I would! Very rude, never answers the phone.

After calling numerous times and leaving voicemails when i finally got a hold of someone to ask questions my experience was disgusting. Sonia is extremely disrespectful she refused to give me the office hours if i was not a patient at the office and then hung up the phone on me. SONIA's customer service was shocking and disgusting.

I have been going to Dr Halem for many years. He does excellent dental work and is a very caring person. His hygienist does an excellent cleaning. Sonia Dr Halem's assistant is always very personable and helpful and a pleasure to be around.

Merrit Halem performed a root canal and did not remove the entire nerve as per a second and third opinion. He did the bite incorrectly as well. Now I am getting the tooth retreated in a series of 5 visits as that's what it takes to correct his negligence.

I am in my mid 60s and still have all of my teeth! He is well versed in the latest dental technology and also knows many well-established old school techniques. My siblings have lost up to 10 teeth whlie seeing dentists with a different philosophy. I am blessed to have this guy as my dentist.

Merritt is the finest dentist that I have ever been to no pain imagine that no gas just a couple of the right placed injections he's the best he's got my vote try it you'll like it Mark Collins the consultant in North Miami Beach

My friend had 4 filling and a cap done . All came out within 6 mo. Now she is in constant pain and has to pay more money to get the same work done all over again i trusted dr Halem and he let my friend down I will never recommended him to any my friend

Dr. Halem has been amazingly proficient and caring in taking care of my and my family's dental concerns. He's smart, compassionate and trustworthy. He has been especially kind and flexible in scheduling appointments for my son who was attending college in another city. He's the best dentist I have ever had!

I recall my 1st and last time going to Halem Merritt, it sucked. They were not friendly. And this had been my second experience with a dentist. The 1 experience was horrible which is why I switched. I came here because a co-worker of mine suggested here. I only felt ok because of the dental hygienist I her name was Nevin or something like that. talked me into capping front teeth. should have never let him grind down 2 perfectly good teeth that did not have anything wrong with them except for a small chip on the bottom of one. should have had that tooth bonded. capping just meant more money in the doctors pocket. I am suffering with these caps for at least 10 years now. money hungry!!!
