Great experience. I did a mobile appointment with a couple of pictures included on Friday afternoon and she had my treatment plan to me on Saturday morning!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Stones for over four years. I am 58 years old and I have found her to be the best Dermatologist I have seen. She does my skin cancer screenings. Dr. Stone takes the time to make sure I understand the process and results. Even though I now live out of state I continue to keep her as my Dermatologist due to her knowledge and professionalism.

Busy office, clean and efficient. Dr. Stone very professional, quick and efficient. Her nurse was very nice and helpful. First time to visit for overall skin check.

I am in my 20s and have been seeing Dr Stone for at least 6 years now. I drive from Kansas City to continue seeing her for yearly checkups. I have many freckles and she does a thorough exam for me. I appreciate her timliness during our exams. I have had two moles removed by her and fortunately she identified them early enough that they were benign and I have no remaining spots that are of concern. I never worry that something is out of place. I like Dr but I like only having to see her yearly!

This was my first time visiting a dermatologist and Dr. Stone made me feel completely comfortable. She answered all of my questions and gave me a plan of action going forward.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Did nothing in the way of help - ONLY thing she ever did was hold my hand and set another appointment a week latter for weeks on end - half the time she started by looking at THE WRONG HAND that was o.k. at the time - NEVER ONCE subscribed me any form of treatment or medication.

The staff and Dr. Stone were very professional.

Dr. Stone and the assistant were very thorough and provided an excellent skin examination. I would recommend them to others.

Dr Stone keeps a sharp eye on my skin condition every 6 months. She is great.

I have used Dr. Stone's office on two occasions over the last couple of years. I have found the office staff to be very efficient and the care to be above average and very complete. Also, on both occasions I was able to see the provider within a reasonable time of my appointment time.

I have been going to Dr. Stone for years. She and her staff are professional, prompt, and detailed. Dr. Stone listens to my concerns and provides professional and practical solutions to issues. The staff does thorough explanations as a follow-up for any questions.

Dr. Stone has been my dermatologist for almost six years. My experience with Dr. Stone and all of the staff at Advanced Dermatology has been that they are cheerful, courteous and helpful. I have always thought that I received good care and thorough checkups.

We have been going to Dr. Melody Stone for over 8 years. We have been very happy with her treatment of pre-cancer cells. I had basal cell nose surgery and have been very pleased with her treatments.

I do like Dr. Stone, and she makes me feel comfortable about looking over my entire body for my yearly skin check. (She has a bit of a sense of humor.) In the past, I've had to wait longer than I preferred, but the waiting room wasn't as full as it has been, and so it wasn't too bad this year. (Of course, I would prefer a shorter wait. I was in the lobby for about 20 minutes, however, I did not wait long in the exam room at all.)

I started going to Dr. Stone 10 years ago when I moved to St. Joseph, MO. I like Dr. Stone and her staff very much. Dr. Stone comes in the exam room and checks my body for problem blemishes. If there is a questionable spot she removes it right at the time. No waiting for another appointment. She is very through with each exam. I am seen by her every 6 months because I am high-risk for melanoma. I father died of metastatic melanoma. I highly recommend Dr. Stone and her staff.

I saw Dr. Stone today for an unexplained rash and had a very good experience. This rash is a mess and I am SO miserable. They had a cancellation and saw me within one hour. Office wait was minimal and Dr. Stone was in my patient room examining me within 10 minutes. The front desk ladies are very helpful and pleasant, as is Emily, the tech. I have an Rx and a follow up appointment in two weeks. I am very pleased with Dr.Stone's exam and diagnosis. Nice place.

Don't waste your time here- go to Sunflower. I've been going for almost 10 years because they were the only game in town, and they barely even look at your face. And they won't work with you on calling prescriptions in when you need them. All they care about is getting their money- your actual patient care or getting results isn't important to them. They don't care about their patients at all.

Received nitrogen freezing for over 20 spots. Came in for treatment of 3. No health plan so it was $30 each out of pocket. Ouch! Some resulted in 2nd degree burns which are healing slowly. Ouch! No post treatment plan or follow-up. Ouch! I have had this done elsewhere (another state) and never had such a negative experience.
