I've called the office 5 times over the last two weeks and have been told "Carmela will call you back to schedule your appointment" I've yet to receive such phone call. I have left my office and personal number. The last time I called, I was on hold for 10 minutes and when the person answered the phone it was "how can I help you?" No thank you for holding, sorry for the wait, etc... I would love to see Dr. Tompkins for my asthma lung issues, but her front desk staff apparently aren't going to allow that to happen. My wife called here to get some general information for possibly making an appointment. The staff was very customer friendly.

Love these Doctors and Nurses. They always give me the best care and time to answer any questions I may have. Recommend them 110%

Dr. Thompkins treated me for severe septic pneumonia in February of 2018. I am 100% recovered today as a result of the care I received while I was her patient. Dr. Thompkins was honest about the severity of my condition but was a source of inspired support throughout the months of my treatment. She was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. Dr. Thompkins is a wonderful doctor-- the best I have ever encountered in my life. So yes, I would recommend her highly.

Dr. Tompkins is a very competent as well as caring and kind physician. She has helped me to regain my health to the point of not having pneumonia every few months. I am very grateful for that. It is worth traveling a further distance to see her.
