Staff was very friendly, and kind. Dr. Smith however, is absolutely the one doctor I would never go back to due to the way she treats her patients, and by looking through the reviews I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Waited in the waiting room an hour, only one person in front of me, she was very rude, ask me why I was there, I told her I was referred to her by another doctor, she said she didn’t have time for me, I tried to tell her what was going on and she said, she couldn’t do it.

I was referred to her by another doctor, first thing she said was “why are you here?”, wouldn’t take the time to talk to me, said I was wasting her time. Made me feel like crying. Please rethink going to her, save time and money and go to UK.

I left today’s appointment unseen after sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes. I was only the 2nd patient this morning. Not a single word from her staff until I left wanting my copay reimbursed. She was that late on our first visit but I stuck it out. She then rushed me through my symptoms and the steps I’d gone through to get treated. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
