Dr. Kress made a huge impression on our family. She was able to immediately diagnose our daughter’s serious ear condition, thoroughly accommodated us during my husband’s impending deployment, treated our 7 year-old with utmost care and concern, answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, and showed highly impressive professionalism and bedside manner during all of our office visits and during our daughter’s ear surgery. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Kress.

She was cleaning my sons ears to see inside them and left the tool hanging from his ear and stepped away to get another .When my husband started asking her questions to why she thinks our son needed his adenoids and tubes put into both ears ,she seemed annoyed and in a hurry ,eventually got an attitude rolling her eyes at him . She doesn't care about your child ,she cares more about the money coming in than anything . I guess it's a trend with SW drs not caring
