My appointment was on time. The staff was friendly and positive. No waiting on Dr Hunter to come in, but you also do not feel rushed when you are talking with her. This is exactly the style of visit I like. Quick and efficient but covering all things needed and taking time to actually check on me as both a patient and a person.

I had a lot of questions which she answered and I did not feel rushed in any way.

A visit with Dr Melissa Hunter is always great. Her nurses are friendly and professional, and Dr Hunter is excellent. The appointment is never rushed. I feel heard and valued. Dr Hunter also has such a calming presence.

Dr Hunter is always so attentive and she treats you like she’s known you for years.

As always, Dr. Hunter was very caring when talking with me about my recent health problems. Have been her patient for many years and have always left her presence feeling she covered all of my concerns.

Greedy. Unfortunately, after 8 years of being a patient, I will no longer be returning to Dr. Hunter. The Affordable Care Act mandates “free” annual physicals. Dr. Hunter, however, finds any reason she can to charge you for something she considers outside the scope of an annual physical. So, what’s outside of the scope of a physical? I asked about recurring headaches I’d been having. My wife simply had her prescription refilled. Both of these occurred during our annual physicals and were billed as regular visits - literally a couple minutes of interaction with the doctor, charged $90+. I was also given additional blood tests without any notice that there’d be an additional charge. I tolerated this happening multiple times, but no more. The lady in charge of billing will talk in circles and act like she has no control over the situation. She certainly won’t defend it - because it’s not defensible. Greedy. She really cared about every aspect of my health and was knowledgeable and thorough with my treatment plan.

Dr. Hunter is my favorite doctor; kind, helpful and just wonderful. Makes you feel very comfortable!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hunter for 13 years! My visits are consistently positive. Dr. Hunter and her staff are professional, efficient and caring! They get you in and out of the office in a timely manner while accessing all of your needs!

Safe, quick, friendly and nice atmosphere!

Dr. Hunter is a pleasure and has good report with patients. However, the staff could be more clear/explicit about the cost of procedures. The office had me sign a waiver stating that I would assume costs of the procedures/lab work I was having done, but did not make it clear that the bills could (and did) surmount to $1,000. The office could improve on their transparency and explanations to patients who are generally unaware and trusting in them.

I have been using Dr Hunter as my PCP for three years; she is very observant to your needs and explains all concerns/diagnosis in detail.

Dr Hunter is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She is very family oriented and in fact, both of our daughters see her as well! I highly recommend Dr Hunter and this practice!

Dr. Hunter always spends time with me and asks about my family. I never feel that she is rushing to see other patients. I appreciate that she is so personable and has a genuine interest in all of my family members.
