It's been nearly six years but she was the absolute best when I had my surgery for my breast cancer. Very sweet!

My Girlfriend had breast and arm plasticsurgery and all went well. But after 30 days of healing. She saw one of her nipples that was to high. So she called the doctor office and the set her a appointment and then called back 15 days later and reset for addition 30 days. That not that bad part. The bad part is after 20,000 dollar paid on both surgery the front office had the nerve to charge her 200.00 for fixing the doctor mistake. Also her arms scars dis not come out well and we will have to pay for that to be fixed. The doctor has forgotten one important rule. Carry for your patience. You would think that the 200 cost after paying them 20,000 plus dollar of hard earned money, they would take that in Account. Not surprised at all by this and people lack of just not looking or the staff or manager carrying about their clients. Be careful when dealing with this Doctor.

Dr. Crosby is very sweet, however I was not pleased with the filler she injected in my lips. My lips don’t look different at all. I believe she injected the filler behind my lips. She also used a cannula to inject first but it bursted all over me and she didn’t clean it up off my face and neck.. this was my first time getting lip fillers and I wish it was a better experience. She did make sure I was comfortable, but I don’t think she specializes in lips. I also got Botox and one side still hasn’t evened out. I emailed the office manager and she said if I still wasn’t happy in a few days to call back and they could create a new quote for me. I didn’t think that was appropriate considering it should have been done correctly the first time. I would think that after spending over 1k on these two procedures that were both done incorrectly that I wouldn’t have to spend more money. I’m a single mother so this was not chump change for me. Now I have to wait six weeks and spend more money to get my lips and Botox fixed. I’m not happy. Anyways, I will go elsewhere in the future. Dr Crosby is wonderful! She is very compassionate, friendly and professional, in addition to being an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Crosby removed my breast implants in Sept. I have health issues & no longer wanted any foreign material in my body. (I had saline, but I'm referring to the plastic bags) She told me I was one of the lucky ones who wouldn't need a lift and that I would only lose some of the fullness. She was correct. My breasts look great! My boyfriend agrees! lol Anyway, I saw her during covid and felt very comfortable as she and her office, along with the hospital were taking all the necessary precautions. Dr. Crosby is an angel. I met her at the worst time in my life- two days after finding out I had invasive breast cancer. She has been an angel to me, and has done a remarkable job in reconstructing my breasts. I have referred many friends to see her, and would recommend her a thousand times over. She truly cares for her patients, and goes the extra mile to help with insurance coverage. Her loyalty lies completely with her patients. Dr. Crosby is an angel. She overbooked and the wait time is over 5 hours before surgery and the follow up visit the wait is 2 hours long. She needs to considerate of other people’s time!

Dr Crosby has no equal. As someone who has had too many surgeries to count, for a variety of reasons, I have lots to compare to. Dr Crosby is the perfect intersection of art, science, and compassion. She takes time with you and is sincere in her desire to give you the best care possible. I start each day in gratitude looking in the mirror at the beautiful reconstructive surgery she did on my breasts. Her team is second to none. You can trust that you will be well cared for.

She is an amazing doctor! I am 49 years old and I was dead set against reconstruction. I am BRCA 2 positive and had an 85% chance of getting breast cancer. (My identical twin was just diagnosed stage 1 breast cancer. That is how we discovered the gene mutation.) I did a bilateral mastectomy in January 2018. She performed the flap operation where she removed tissue from my stomach and performed micro surgery to reattach the blood vessels and the tissue to reconstruct the breasts. AMAZING! They look exactly like they use to. Same shape and size. Plus I got a tummy tuck in the process which was a bonus. She is an artist. It made this whole awful ordeal much better. I still look the same as I did before the surgery. I HIGHLY recommend her! She is personable, professional, super sweet and understanding. I could go on and on. She is the best surgeon. She is very knowledgeable and involves you in your treatments/procedures, she talked to me in a way I could understand, explaining in great detail what I was asking about. Dr. Crosby is amazing! I am so glad I found her. Her interest and compassion for my health is genuine. It has been very easy to schedule appointments to see her in the office and I've never felt rushed. My family and I have been involved with all types of doctors & Dr. Crosby is by far the most compassionate that I've encountered. Her training at MD Anderson and her own personal passion has set her apart from other reconstructive surgeons. I couldn't be happier with my choice in surgeons

I went to see Dr. Crosby in August 2017. Since 2015, I have struggled with diastatis recti (a separation of the abdominal muscles) along with a massive hernia. In my initial consult, Dr. Crosby immediately calmed my nerves and fears with her professional and friendly demeanor. She was able to answer all of my questions and I did not feel rushed while speaking with her. She is courteous and kindhearted and she will put you at ease, no matter the problem. I cannot recommend her enough!

I went for a consultation for a breast reduction. I paid a copay, went for the appt...waited about an hr extra in the waiting area. They finally brought me in, dr Crosby seemed like a nice person...had pics taken and submitted them to insurance. I was told to wait 2 months for an update. I called them 7 times within 3 months and got an update that it was denied. They never tried to help or appeal and I have to pay 600$+ out of pocket. Definitely would not recommend at all. Seeing another dr now.

Dr. Crosby is phenomenal!!! She is wickedly smart, yet kind, considerate and compassionate! She speaks to you like you're her best friend and does not make you feel dumb if you do not understand how something works. Aside from her professional accomplishments, her work is outstanding! I travel from Virginia to Texas just to see her and have her do all of my reconstructive and nip/tuck work! I can not praise her enough! If you are considering plastic surgery, you must see her! Wow!!!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 39 and needed to have a mastectomy but elected to have a double mastectomy to decrease my chances of re-occurrence. Through the planning and reconstruction process, Dr. Crosby was FANTASTIC to work with. She was compassionate, comforting and knowledgeable. The results that she was able to achieve for my re-construction are nothing short of AMAZING! I met Dr. Crosby at MD Anderson in 2014 when I began the toughest battle of my life. She has stood beside me as a physician and offered exceptional care, but more importantly she has become a trusted confidant who helps guide my entire journey. She has listened and offered her medical expertise even beyond anyone I’ve ever come in contact with. And when you battle breast cancer, that list of doctors becomes quite extensive. I am from Alabama and chose to follow her from MD Anderson to her private practice because I can’t imagine not having her on my team. She is simply the best. I’ve been seen by several physicians for follow-ups and they all want to know who performed my surgeries(initial breast reconstruction following mastectomy in 2015 with subsequent DIEP flap procedure in 2017). Her advanced techniques and attention to detail is always noted and respected. I truly cannot express enough how much I value Dr. Crosby and her team. They are kind, warm, and look at you as a whole person. What is most amazing is that part.
